Welcome to the forums! And thanks for helping out.
As for player ID's - you need to look them up in the editor (or in game). There's no automatic search function on this site.
For your San Lorenzo players. You'd have to look them up in the editor and collect the pictures in a Team Pack, that you can request in the Team Pack requests. Read the rules in that thread for how to properly request. Most importantly is that each player image is saved as their unique ID.
If you're going to make the team request, I'd hope the source images are bigger than your example picture there, or you'll probably have to wait a long time before a cutter wants to take it on.
EDIT: Yeah, I just checked the link to the players... those are going to be hell trying to cut.

Yeah, the outline on those could use some work.
It's great to see players wanting to develop their skills and help out cutting images. There are lots of great tips to read in the "Guide To Cutting" thread. I'd suggest you read up on those. Don't know what software you're using, but with a little tutoring from there and some practice - you'll be surprised how much better you can become in a relatively short time.
