You'll also need to add "_" to the name of the home and away kits..

i.e. make sure the home kit is named swansea_home as currently it's missing the _

if FM12 - C:\Users\User\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\graphics\kits\3D' kits 11-12\put in any packs

if FM13 (i havent them tho) maybe - C:\Users\User\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\graphics\kits\3D' kits 12-13\put in any packs
