I don't think that's an official database UID, or is it?

I still have opinion that this guy should be BANED for a long time,since he never made any correct request in Cut-Out thread.This is just one of the situations when he re-requested,and the worse thing is that he is requesting wrong person.This is real Renny Smith:

You'd never make correct request.
1.You have requested images in NO-ID thread.
2.You have requested images in alternative thread.
3.You have requested improvements,that never was improvements,just alternatives.
4.You have requested missing that are not missing,or in this case you've requested wrong person.
5.After every requested image,you've re-requested it even that's not by the rules.
6.After every warning,and after someone told you to remove your requests,you'd never done that.
