I am afraid that most of these images are not improvement even though they are from UEFA website.
For the Viktoria Plzen pack, the hair of the players is all over-exposed, so these photos won't result in good cut. After all, the majority of the current MP images are perfect. I only manage to find 2 improvements and 2 missing.
For the Kobenhavn pack, you forgot to change the file name to UIDs, so I didn't check through that pack. But considering the quality of those photos which have been pre-cut, I don't think they will result in improvement. If you want, you can check though that pack, rename it, and request ONLY the improvements and missing.
Same applies for the Basel pack, the images are all pre-cut and the current images are perfect. I only find 3 of them worth cutting.
I will combine those 7 images I have found worth cutting into one small mixpack.

Not the best sources but mostly all improvements in my opinion if cut well, I would do them myself but I'm struggling with the background.
