Be better than Ronaldo or Messi.

It's nothing personal against him, and its less ridiculous than when people were saying that Bale was at that level last season but he's just not as good as either of them.

That said, if Ribery wins the Ballon d'Or this year you may have a point. Although people will point to the fact that Bayern won the treble.

I can't understand why though? Fair enough if you said he hasn't done it consistently over how many seasons they have, but right now, on form he is definitely up there.

He's probably the in-form player in the world at the minute, but that doesn't mean he's as good a player as they are.

Messi's injured at the moment for a start, so its unfair to compare.

Pick the best form Ronaldo's ever had out of his career and compare it to Suarez now, and Ronaldo wins.

Apparently Luke Shaw was signing autographs at the stadium today saying that he wasn't 'ill' but he had signed for Chelsea this morning.

Also worth noting that he has deleted his twitter profile today.
