Pet hate of mine when people say we gain/lose a hour

Phones go on the new time automatically, right?

If you gain an hour sleep, you also gain an hour at work. I don't see a win.

The earliest possible Premiership/Rangers game is now 11.30pm, rather than 9.30pm /o\

3pm kick-offs are now 2am ffs.

If you're working nights would you do an extra hour or would you finish after how many hours you was supposed to work?

If you are contracted to work 7 hours a day for example, any over that would be overtime.

In some cases, like mine, it's an extra hour of drinking.

Same here, we even had a little countdown to the clocks going back an hour and got a free round of shots.

I enjoyed my extra hours sleep.

I went to bed at about midnight and was up at 5.45 for work (fuck sake). But that was 6.45 hours sleep. Thus the time adjustment meant I could sleep for an extra hour.....

A Guy in work that had done the night shift, because it was set hours through the night, he got paid 9 hours for a 10 hour shift. But if he does the same shift when the clocks change again (in March?) then he'll get paid 9 hours for doing 8 hours. So some companies don't adjust it.
