It's not even close to being an improvement. What's wrong with the current megapack image? It's only 5-6 months old, it's a frontal image and it's of a decent quality. Why on earth would you prefer an image which is smaller, less clear and in which the player is not looking at the camera.
Just baffling.

well I ask if is not problem to cut it!? because i'm going to use on my own, it doesn't need to be included in any pack..I don't know whay you are (and others admins) making so much trouble every time?

I don't know if these three are technically improvements, but I think the lighting is a lot better than the current cuts. They look too orange in the current cuts and the lighting seems really dark.
