This one is alternative,it's better to have solid frontal image than side HQ image

Your cuts are much better recently,only try to crop them much closer to the chin (less neck)

I've also re-done around 20 others of your recent cuts,and send them to Mons.Before doing cuts from Belgium and Holland,try to find them on Futhead.com.On that site they are already done with 520x520,only thing you need to do is good croping and sometimes small rotation.
