In my next post I'll layout my game plan and steps. P.S. my Celtic career will run alongside this.

Stage 1 - PSV [Complete]
As I can't start as an assistant manager I'll take charge of a club in the Dutch Juplier club in an attempt to make a name for myself. Hopefully this will attract the interest of one of the top Dutch sides.
Stage 2 - Fenerbahce/Valencia[Complete-ish]
Venture into Europe. For this I've selected the Turkish and French leagues, as Hiddink took control of Fenerbahce for a short period. Then make a move to one of the top sides in Spain/Italy/Germany outside the top 2 of each.
Stage 3 - Holland/Madrid/Betis
Take control of a developed European country with history and previous success in the World Cup/Euros. Take charge of club in the world top 10 for a single season before moving to a club further down the league.
Stage 4 - South Korea/PSV
Take over an Asian country and take them further in the world cup than they've previously reached and then return to a previous club.
Stage 5 - Australia/Russia
Focus on international management. Take over a large rich country and reach the World Cup Finals and then take over a nation from the old USSR and have a good run in the Euros.
Stage 6 - Chelsea/Turkey/Anzhi[Started]
Take over a top Premiership team who are having a hard time and turn it around before leaving. Move on to Eastern Europe and compete in an International tournament and finally move to Russia or Ukraine and take over a big money club.

I got the job I wanted. The club where Hiddink started his career as a coach, I've accepted the two year deal. I have very little knowledge of them but the squad looks ok. A few players could make them title challengers.
Next update will be a few games into the season.

Cheers lads!
Not had the best of starts to this. A mixed pre-season with some good wins, hopefully we can put a decent undefeated run together. Good news on the finances as the club signed a sponsorship deal worth over £500k.

Cheers man!

We had a great run of wins that made us real title contenders, a little blip sent us out the play-off spots. If someone could explain why Sparta and MVV have a play-off spot already I'd be more than happy.
I also made my first signing. Hopefully he add a few goals and take the pressure off Santy Hulst.

Cheers, that clears things up!
Yeah it is, shame I can't get a decent run of form to qualify!
It is hard to stay away! Cheers man!
May be a bit early to jump ship yet!

So this is the run of form that would lead to my inevitable sacking. I didn't see us pulling out of it so I resigned on a high after the cup upset at Vitesse. I already had an offer from a struggling side. That I had delayed so I could play the cup match.
My next destination will be revealed tonight, its not in Holland though so it's a bit of a side step.

Yeah I was on the brink of the chop too! Thanks!
Cheers Dan!
Well I didn't get off the the start I had hoped, I was trying to get a tactic right and sort the squad out. We now sit bottom, I'm hoping to escape the relegation zone over the next two months and sit in the top 20 by the end of the season.
SR67
I got rid of a lot of deadwood, most notably Peter Lovenkrands who freed up £15k p/w. I wasn't able to bring in many players as the value for money just wasn't right. I managed to bring in two playmakers that the squad was lacking.

If only they'd play like it Dan..
Well its safe to say we didn't have the best of starts to the year, made a decent effort in March. Hopefully that boosts moral as my job is on the line AGAIN. The next match could decide it. Luckily its against Doncaster who sit below us.
