The second leg of the Susie On Tour Challenge takes us to Australia.
Melbourne Heart are one the newest sides in Australia, and they will be your club to manage for this second stage of the tour. As you are one the newest sides in the country you will have a need to address the playing staff, the training facilities, the youth system, and work with some limited money to help you dominate your rivals and qualify for the Champions League competition. Despite the fact you are a new side in Australia, you will possess a new link with English giants Manchester City and have the golden boy of Australian football in Harry Kewell at your disposal. Do you have what it takes to keep up the domestic expectations expected of the Heart? Can you give Harry Kewell one final swansong whilst also looking for continental football dominance?
Heart entered the competition in the 2010–11 season after its formation in June 2009. In January 2014, the club was acquired by Manchester City, in partnership with the Australian rugby league club Melbourne Storm. The club is run from a facility based at La Trobe University, and plays matches at Melbourne Rectangular Stadium, also commercially known as AAMI Park a 30,050 seat multi-use venue in Melbourne's City Centre. A youth squad competes in the National Youth League.
The A-League was established in 2004 as a successor to the National Soccer League and commenced in August 2005. The league is currently contested by ten teams; nine based in Australia and one based in New Zealand. Seasons run from October to April and include a 27-round regular season and an end-of-season finals series playoff tournament involving the highest-placed teams, culminating in the Grand Final game. It is currently sponsored by the Hyundai Motor Company and thus officially known as the Hyundai A-League.
Since the league's inaugural season, a total of 6 clubs have been crowned A-League Premiers (regular season winners) and 5 clubs have been crowned A-League Champions (Grand Final winners). Successful A-League clubs gain qualification into the continental competition, the Asian Football Confederation Champions League.

Yeah starting my game Kewell is one of their best players. Mifsud is alright but being a foreigner, it could be possible to get better foreigners than him rather than using a slot up on him.
I didn't realise how many there were. The one that bugs me most is not being able to sign players from other A League teams.
Cymro
Disappointing this Rick.
The tour is meant to take you to places to challenge your ability to adapt and take you out of your comfort zone. It is not as bad as you think.

That is how you start your league season!
Our league form may be excellent and definitely flying above expectations! However Emile Heskey has just scored past me, I will probably get sacked now and definitely deserve more than -25 points if that happens!
Shedender
So cruel.

I've got a feeling this is going to be tricky with all these transfer regulations, but here goes.
Melbourne, I'm coming for you!

Emile Heskey has now scored past me in both meetings this season! If it happens in the third game I could retire

A brief little guide. Maybe of some use to all.

Hoping to plow through a good chunk of the season tonight. Only made 1 signing so pretty much going the first season with the default squad.
