The standard of officiating this season has been a real worry I think, especially as some of the worst performances I've seen have come from the younger refs.

When we played them in 1995-96 we wore our infamous grey kits, 3-0 down at HT and so we changed our kits. We never wore it again, never won in it.

I hope Stoke based official Phil Dowd doesn't get into any trouble for his poor performance today which meant Newcastle dropped below Stoke.
