Thanks! I think there's some snow around the edges tho or so it at least seems in darker skin or maybe the picture is just generally too bright, but it looks a bit odd to me. For that reason I'm leaving my request still open, but I'd appreciate if someone else could also check the cut since it looks great here on the forums.
edit: Nevermind. I suppose its the sun creating the snow effect in the original picture. Is there anything that can be done for that?

Was looking for a newer picture of the other Andrew Burns since the one in the request is over 2 years old and ended up cutting the "wrong" Burns. Fortunately it's an update anyway so no harm done

Found a better source image which is only a few days old and cut that one instead:
Note the b in end of the filename.
For some reason I had hard times with the top of his head and it looks a bit messy, but here's the source if someone else wants to do it better. The old one was so bad that I just had to get it done myself anyway.

I know it's not a frontal picture, but the current cut is just absolutely horrible. If someone can find it's source or just fix the current cut that would be also good. I spent quite a bit of time trying to find a decent photo but there's none. There's at least been one though since it seems that the source picture for the current cut has at least been a decently good.
Here and here are two other possible images for source, but they are both low quality.

The current cut is missing a lot of his hair so while the image itself would remain the same the quality would increase if someone would be able to get that hair done.

Should be fixed now. I actually do check if theres any snow and its one of the things that annoys me the most in cuts and I really don't know how I happened to miss such a clear snow around all the edges. I guess that cutting pictures without having any sleep last night ain't the best idea

Sorry to be pedantic but there's still a smidgen of snow. In addition, if you move the image up, down, left or right and view it on a dark background, you'll notice that in your image there's a faint line on the edges of the cut-out forming a white square.
I've removed them and here's what it looks like:
Compare them with each other on a dark background to see the, admittedly slight, difference.
What program do you use to cut, if I may ask?

All its missing is the wavy bits on top of his head, these were probably removed to make the cut look cleaner, The image you provided isn't big enough to get all the detail in anyway
