No disrespect, but before taking on a teampack, perhaps it's better if we see some of your cuts. If you're still new to cutting, it's perhaps better to start cutting out individual images and perfecting the technique

I'm not sure if you've added some effects but there's a bit of extra detail (for want of a better word - perhaps a cutter may help?) in the faces which should ideally be avoided, given the quality of the sources.

They don't look bad, but in my opinion the sources are so good that the cuts can be even better. Try to tilt the head a bit more, your first image is slightly tilted. The other two images look like they're missing shoulders, but maybe it's because the shoulders are white. Always try to have some collar visible. Other than that your cuts aren't too bad, but those WC sources all deserve extremely good cuts, because they'll be some of the better sources around.

true, you'll only get better if you get the chance to practice. The WC sources are so good that they're great for practicing as well. I think you can do them, just making sure there's collar visible increases the quality a lot. And don't try to manipulate the cuts, it's not necessary on these cuts.

Especially at the start, it's better to spend a day or three perfecting the cuts and improving your technique rather than getting the pack out as soon as possible

The pack has 18 images, only 1 of which has a UID so far. I'd still recommend that all of the sources are cut ahead of the inevitable inclusion in FM15 of most of the players, if not all...
