Im a big fan of the fm series. Actually i have on my laptop de 2005,2006,2007,2008,12 & 14 installed. The detail it's precisely that, its a laptop. Runs good with older versions, but it crash and overheats with recent ones. So i decided to start a career one more time on 2007. For me, its the best version of the game along with 2008. I hope that you find it interesting,i'll try to upload almost everything. Sorry in advance for my writing. Spanish is my native language.

Venezuela is not a country whit loads of football players, "Real Footballers" i mean. Out of nowhere, a venezuelan man appers with tons of knowledge but zero experience. A guy who think that can understand about the game, the passion for a shirt, the devotion to a badge, the intensity of a derby, the fury of the "hinchada" singing songs about a dream.

His name is Carlos La Rotta and he wants only one thing. To be the Real Football Manager. Like a RockN'Rolla, "People ask the question... what's a Football Manager? And I tell 'em - it's not about trainings, youngsters, and transfer budget, oh no. There's more there than that, my friend. We all like a bit of the good life - some the money, some the cups, others the derby game, the glamour, or the fame. But a Football Manager, oh, he's different. Why? Because a real Football Manager wants the fucking lot."

Being without a team its something frustating. Even more if you are looking for a job and not wanted by anyone. Mexico and USA where first to receive my application. Mexico turned down and the Yanks didn't even answered. Lens, Bolton, Getafe, Empoli and Nuremberg too. Have to be patient and wait. But who wants to wait having so many aspirations and ideas? This kind of ambition can't be ignored for much longer.

One year passed away, no job, no team. Until September 14. Vicenza gave me the opportunity to show what i can do. Speaking truthfully, the squad is a bunch of guys that can run around the pitch like rats for cheese. First mission: To make them more like the Wild Bunch. Tight marking team, ultradefensive. Hard tackling. May not have the more talented, but they will become the most rough five-line defense on SerieA. The only way to mantain the team on top flight is obtaining as much points as i can home, away i don't care. If this happens, i may think on be here one more season.

(Miracle is what i need to survive SerieA with this squad)

(Who can lose to SPAL on ItalyCup? It's Ridiculous)

(For a ridiculous team, a ridiculous tactic - Home&Away)

"Now if you can master a tackle like that, there's no need for your opponents to hold up. They will open up like a fountain, full of spaces to make a long pass. No need for strong violence, no no. They're transported back to their childhoods. Putty in your hands. Ask the Parma Squad. Look, think they're back at school."

(Next Report on Six Months - Next Screen on English and much smaller, sorry for that, dont have much time between my job and college).

January Arrives

Transfer window is open now. So far, the season has been good to us. The tactic fits for the players capabilities.
Padoin is good at midfield and Guardalben save us "BIG" a couple of times. However, we are 15th on the table and more important, we are the 5th less ScoredAgainst team on SerieA.

Match Highlights

My first match against Inter was good, losing 0-1 on a 6th minute goal. Was a prove that the squad could do the job defending like rocks. Against Parma was to good to be true, 3-0 victory. Then came the match against Cagliari. We did the job, Cavalli scored early and before the first leg ended, everything started to go Hell!. Ended the match with 8 on the pitch. 2 injuries and 2 sent offs, so the draw tasted more like a win. Against Udinese, all the plans where working, they even failed a penalty. Until the last minute, everything went to hell again when Lisandro Lopez scored. Due to some stupid comments after a match, federation suspended me and went on holiday during the ACMilan match. Then we went on to play against Ascoli away. We scored first, got a sent off near the end of the first half and started to hold on. All was sharp, every tackle, every clearence. And again an 89th minute goal of Ezquerro took away the three points.

Transfers

In need of young and better players, i started to move some pieces and brought to the team 5 new signings on a free transfer. Ola Toivonen, Marcus Berg, Kristjan Sigurdsson, Edu Ogbuke and Alvaro Dominguez were added.

Im still lookin for 2/3 loans that can push the teamplay up, a faster fullback or another centreback.

See you at the finish of the season.

"My hat is deep and full of magic. I got cheap strikers, promising midfielders, and defenders with knives in their mouths; I got a female masseuse for everyone, I even got some germans for luck, and still the hat goes deeper. All right? But there AIN'T no motherfuckin' money for a playmaker!"
