Generally speaking it's better if it's not already cut, unless it's done properly. Fixing a bad cut is a lot harder and more time consuming than doing a fresh cut and most of the time it won't end up as good either. And when the cut is bad and it's already resized to 180x180 it becomes even harder. Besides the source you provided is missing top of his hair too.

You can remove first 3 images from spoiler,since there's no chance to get improvement from them.Also I believe that last two sources could give improvement since they are maybe even better than main image in your request.
