Squad Registration Problem

Hi.

I have signed a player who is unregistered for the Premier League, but when I click on 'squad registration' he doesn't appear on the list so I can't register him. Does anyone have any thoughts what I'm doing wrong or is this just a known bug? See the screenshots below.
