I wonder if such a low quality image should be even added or if the wrong picture just should be removed till a better picture can be found? Something isn't always better than nothing, but that's just my opinion.

We had worse images before,and bad image in MP is "good" since it keeps motivating others to find\cut better

Yeah I guess. I hate those very bad cuts myself, but they can always be removed manually when needed anyway so I suppose they won't hurt :3
