Please read the rules on the first page. This thread is only for the cutting of users' own photos to use in their manager profile. And, no, there isn't anywhere else you can request him - if he's not in the game, then he won't be in the megapack, then it's not worth cutting.

The background is too dark and that's so hard to cut it out

Good source picture should contain a clean, bright background like that:

Holy Shit this is the toughest pic I have tried to cut. I invented your hairstyle a bit as half of it was completely washed out by the identical black background.

Also, this is not my strongest skill set with Photoshop...
