Dude... Cuts should always have some collar visible if possible (aka unless it's a missing cut and the source image doesn't have any collar visible or the existing image is just terrible) and your cut is 227x207px so it's not even resized to 180x180px as it should. Here's my cut and I also fixed the contrast a little.

And that one is not resized either, doesn't have any collar visible and has tons of snow around it just like pretty much all your cuts.

That image is surely very old,since he is born in 1985 and in this image he is wearing national shirt.I think this is not the first time we see portuguese HQ images which are 7-8 years old
