Not getting the premium I paid for

Hi guys

I paid for the yearly subscription a few weeks ago. It worked at first as I downloaded the mega facepack, but have just logged in again and now it seems as though I can't download as a premium member. I'm trying to download facepack 6.9 to a new computer.
I've checked Paypal and the payment did go through.

Can you help please?

I'm having the exact same problem. I highly doubt it's local as I have no trouble with downloads from other sites. I would highly appreciate it if someone could get on this ASAP. Alternatively, I'd like to get refunded. I'd love to support this site, but not at the cost of my ability to download anything.

You will have to give more info in regards what is not working. Errors messages, screenshots etc. Your post doesn't give any indication what the problem might be so I cannot do anything to help

Well I do have the premium, but I'm still getting slow DL speeds.

Fair enough. There are no error messages at all. I click the download button, the download seems to start as normal, but it doesn't start downloading at all. I'll try to snag a screenshot, but it really wouldn't contain anything interesting. Like I said, though, downloads from other sites work as normal. I'm not sure what the problem could be. Nevermind refunds, is it possible to temporarily change my account to not be premium so I can test downloads without?

I tried to download some megapack normally and the speed was 800-950kb/s~
Then I cancelled it, and turned on my download manager, boom. 4MB/s

I recommend you to try it. (not talking about the guy who it isn't even starting, but you can also try this)
