I've produced a list of the most common AI Transfers in FM2015 including an average fee and a probability of each one happening.

All feedback welcome. It's only the English leagues at the moment but i'll be adding France, Germany, Italy and Spain very soon.

This is one of the reasons I disable transfer budgets in the first window. Game is less deterministic that way.

The only problem is that now that agent fees and signing bonuses are taken out of the transfer budget, it also prevents you from setting up free transfers until the board gives you your winter transfer budget.

This list is really promising though as the transfer prices seem quite realistic. I think £28m for Cuadrado and £22m for Vertonghen seem about right. £17m for Khedira might be a little low but not unreasonably so.
