1. Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 2014 or 2015/graphics/kits/put in here!
( If there is no graphics folder there, create "graphics" )
2. FM14 - click 'Load Game'....click 'FM'...click 'Preferences'...click 'Interface'....click 'Clear Cache'...click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes' (if you first time)....click 'Reload Skin'
2b. FM15 - click 'Preferences'...click 'Interface'....click unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times and click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes in preferences'.....click 'Reload Skin'.

Playing with Newcastle and when watching 3d, i see theres no number on the home kits, its all black

I've got a rookie question. Is there any way I could get a heads up when there's a new league of these kits uploaded? Like an auto e-mail or something?

no need, just press and hold shift then press print screen...open 'Paint'...paste it, save as png....upload it and paste here.

So this is an issue with 3D kits which isn't to do with the Short Sleave kits (SS kits) linkde here. Have you installed any 3D kits from http://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/style/8/3d-kits?

The default database doesn't come with a third kit for Sunderland. We need to wait for hammer9 to release his SSKCC download to fix issues like this.
Or you could download the Pre-Game editor from steam and manually add the third kit yourself. I can confirm it'll then have the included SS-third kit applied.

make sure right place in folder, clear cache then reload skin.

Go into the Preferences > Interface menu and untick 'Use Caching to decrease page loading times' and tick 'Reload Skin when confirming changes in Preferences' then select confirm and your new graphics should now display. (Once the graphics are loaded and you aren't planning on adding any more you can turn the skin cache back on and untick the Always Reload button
