Hi,

I want to extract all of the original player images that come with the game (mainly the updated Torquay United players pictures) and I understand I need to use the Resource Archiver to copy them from.

Can anyone explain how this can be done please?

Many thanks

Here's a YouTube guide on what to do. Although it's in German, it's quite easy to follow.

After extracting the players folders, you'd have to individually rename every players' filename to their UID before merging them into your megapack folder. The bit in bold can be done automatically using the Translate File Names to IDs function in fmXML

That, or you can just download this file which has the Torquay SI images Just place them into your megapack folder. I'll have a look at them and see whether they're better than the MP equivalents and include them in 7.02 if need be.

To get the originals, load up the resource archiver then find the graphics folder following this

Program files, Steam, Steam apps, Common, FM15, data and the its the file named graphics

Then extract it anywhere on your PC

Having read this thread I thought Id try extracting the Rochdale FC embedded pics which I think are all better than whats in the Mega Pack...so here they are....because I'm not a good cutter Ive not checked them for snow etc but if you like them mons you could include them in the next update...2 of the files would need adding to the config these are 29084385 and 29139760

I could have a look at them, but it'd be much better if they were zipped up.

Sorry to be a pain, this is my first year playing football manager, where can you get the Resource Archiver, I downloaded the latest Megapack but the photos from the Scottish leagues are pretty old, I tried just deleting them from the megapack but now they just have no image at all, is there a really simple way to fix this? If not, I think I know how to find the original images after reading it on here! but everybody already seems to have the archiver haha! Thanks

Open Steam move mouse over Library it will show a list click on Tools in that list of tools you will see Football Manager 2015 Editor and Resource Archiver

Then double click on the one you want to download and follow the install menu

I've downloaded the megabuck but would prefer to keep some of the default pics such as Sheff Utd, walsall and Gillingham but when i try and extract them from the resource archiver, there are only certain clubs that i can copy over! has anyone got any ideas where i am going wrong
