This career (same as mine) Johno isn't about building teams up, it's about winning trophies.

Unfortunately as Shedender has stated Johno, I am not here to build teams up but win trophies!
Thanks for clarifying that Shedender
As you said DP91 it was expected at one of the biggest clubs there but I wasn't expecting it to be so easily and unbeaten there. I still have two lower league titles to win in Portugal so I need to return at some point. The last few years I have been at 'big clubs' though which definitely helped me pick up trophies first time of asking.
Where Now - June 203
So I've been out of a job for around ten months now after leaving Benfica back in September I think. As you have seen I rejected a couple of 'lowly' English offers which wouldn't of got me anywhere, but now three interviews and jobs await my choice, as you can tell they come in Spain, England and Croatia.
Here are the three interviews I've attended this month and jobs have been offered for all three, I'll quickly run you through the jobs but in case you didn't know, the Castilla job is in Spain, the City job obviously in England whilst Dinamo approach me from Croatia.
Real Madrid Castilla: Just finished 3rd in the Segunda Division, the third tier in Spain and one of the favorites for promotion net season. Obviously one of Real Madrids 'lesser sides'. I've not ventured to Spain yet but could this be a perfect and quick way to start being in the lowest playable division?
Manchester City: Finished 7th in the Premier League last season, not won the league title for eleven years. Haven't won the muchly needed Capital One Cup since 2023 and not in the Community Shield this summer so it could be a two or three year job at least.
Dinamo: The Croatian top flight side have dominated the top tier since the start of this career. After winning the league title for thirty years running, they ended up finishing third this year and sacked their manager. Theres two divisions to win here and two cups, seems a pretty good place to tick off three trophies within a couple of years.

Welcome To Dinamo - 27th June 203
Well after putting the big choice to you, you guys responded to me and the overall verdict ended up being to move to Croatia and move to Dinamo, a side who won the league title thirty years running and have last season missed out on the title so its my job to try and regain their league title, it was my preferred move to.
Here is the contract agreement I have signed with Croatian side Dinamo, the board expect us to regain the league title and thats what I've promised them! Now its time to step up to the mark! We have a small transfer and wage budget to work with should I feel I need it.
I'm also taking on a very good, strong team by the looks of things. There aren't too many places I feel like I desperately need to strengthen. Maybe a new keeper and a couple of outstanding defenders but all in all I'm more than happy with the squad I've got here.

Dinamo - Pre Season Round Up 2036
A short round up of the summer, no transfers happened after I joined the club meaning the squad is the same as when I took over, We managed to hold down all of our current assets in the squad and I couldn't find anyone new to bring in, also a few games on the pitch to report back to you on.
Not bad on the pitch, we faced Europa League action and beat Dacia eleven nil on aggregate, winning six nil at home and five nil away whilst Asad ended up netting six past them over the two games. We lost both friendly cup games on penalties and before the season starts we beat CSKA (Sofia) two nil away in the Europa League Second Qualifying Round.

Dinamo - July 2036
Half of July was already done so this will prove to be another short update at Dinamo. We went into the League season here with just two league games whilst we also had to try and compete with a couple of Europa League games for us. Could we continue our battle?
Well, its not a superb month but it will certainly do just fine at this stage. We started the league season with two game, two wins and two clean sheets whilst our form in Europe isn't quite as good, but we continue to hold an unbeaten record to date.
We beat Hajduk in my first game in charge in the league. Asad netted in the forty fifth and then the ninetieth minute as he struck at the end of either half to secure a good start.
A one all draw at home against CSKA (Sofia) was fine following our dominant first leg win. We conceded in the first half before Pingo made it all square second half and we played out the game level pegging to advance into the Third Qualifying Round.
A three nil win on the road at Inter Zapresic as we ended the month in the league with two wins from two. Asad fired us into the lead after just ten minutes. Pochettino made it two nil thirteen minutes from time from a spot kick before Jurcevic netted in injury time.
We ended the month with us welcoming Fredrikstad as we drew two a piece in the Europa League Third Qualifying Round. Asad struck both of our goals, one in each half but both times we went head we ended up conceding. A lot of work to do second leg.
Only team to win two out a two in August and this has seen us already sit two point clear at the top of the pile. Having scored five times already and not conceding just yet. Hopefully the league season continues to go this way.

Cheers Shedender its not bad!
Thanks SBR
Hopefully Johno, but going out of Europe wouldn't be a huge issue!
Enjoyed your stint there before wilc94, I join them on different circumstances though, not to build them up in Europe but to win trophies and leave.
Exactly my thoughts DP91
Thanks TheMazzeRunner.
Dinamo - August 2036
And into August we go and its going to be a busy month! My first full month of football here in Croatia and we don't get anymore half months, well, not yet anyway! We faced a busy eight game month with games in the league and the Europa League, would we be able to keep up our impeccable form to date or would it begin to slide?
Its not that bad 'a' month seeming we ended up playing eight games in just twenty four days, we fell to just one defeat which came in the league near the end however we continue to remain unbeaten in the other seven games which would see us continue our Europa League run and reach the group stages this year.
The month started with us travelling to Fredrikstad who we beat two nil this time. The second half brace from Radanic saw him fire us into the Europa League Playoff where we will go on to face BATE.
At home we welcomed Lokomotiva Zagreb in the league and drew one a piece. We conceded before the break before Radanic levelled as soon as we restarted the game.
A trip to Split saw us win four one. We were superb here. Radanic again netting a brace, two in twenty eight minutes before Ganci sent us three nil up at the break. Second half Barbaric made it four nil before we went on to concede one in the final ten minutes.
Next, a trip to Istra 1961 where we again remained unbeaten, this time beating them three one. We had gone behind before Sandro Radanic netted two within a minute sent u two one up at the break. He made it seven goals in four games for himself this month. Kiebling rounded off the game for us late on.
A boring 0-0 draw with BATE, nothing to mention.
We then lost at home as we welcomed Rijeka. Very poor game for us and very disappointed to lost to them. Radanic our scorer of course.
BATE then visited us and we stuffed them five nil in the second leg to reach the group stage. Asad netted his only goal of the month before Smola, Radanic, Pedrinho and Jurcevic all netted before the break which sent us five up at half time. Disappointed we didn't go on to add more in the second period but we done what we needed to do.
We ended the eight game month with a trip to Osijek where we drew nil nil. Barbaric gave us the lead in the twentieth minute but a second half equaliser saw things remain level.
We remain top after the opening eight games of the season and its nice to see us two points clear but I know we could of been more clear if we had been a little better going forward. Pleasingly we have scored the most this season and conceded the least which helps to produce us the best goal difference to date.

It wasn't the greatest SBR but as you said, hopefully we can pull clear soon.
Dinamo - September 2036
So into September and I was hoping we could perform a little better this month than we did in August. We've been slow but steady so far this season, could of performed better but still picking up the points. Into September and we had a long international period before facing five games in three competitions this month.
Well, thats a better month I reckon. Despite the early league defeat against Hajduk we went on to win the next four games, some not as convincingly as others but four wins and two clean sheets I'm hoping is beginning to change things around.
We lost away at Hajduk one nil, poor showing, maybe the international break before cost us but still it was the same for everyone.
We then began our Europa League group with us welcoming a former side of mine, FC Red Bull Salzburg who we beat two one. Radanic netted our two goals, one before the break and one in the second half before we conceded a late goal.
Back in the league we welcomed Zagreb who we beat two nil. Leaving it very late to grab all three points as Dolezal netted eight minutes from time from a spot kick and then Vukovic netting two minutes into injury time.
Very poor game in the Hrvatskl Kup First Round travelling to HASK and drawing nil nil before we beat them five three on spot kicks.
We ended the month with a superb four one win over Inter Zapresic. Radanic gave us a seventeenth minute lead before Pedinho made it two nil before the break. Second half we conceded one before Vukovic made it three one to put it beyond doubt and Asad secured our fourth of the game.
We had dropped to second after the defeat but the two wins to end the month helped take us back to the top spot and now moving four points clear of the chasing pack, long way to go just yet though.
