February 2018
Another almost perfect month from us.
We was dreadful against Wigan and was lucky to escape DW Stadium with a point
YASSSSS. I went for defensive mentality against Man City and it paid off as we started brightly, with Yaya Toure diverting Porsan-Clemente's shot into his own net to give us the lead. Matija Nastasić got them level with header from corner on 30th minutes. Jacob Murphy got us the winner with 5 minutes remaining after tapping in after Hart made mistake.
Arsenal were better than us but we beat them thanks to Vida heading in from corner to give us the win.
YES. Fuck you Mourinho! I rotated few players against Chelsea. We got awarded a penalty after Fischer got tripped up by Zouma which Sigurðsson smashed it into top corner to see us knocking them out.
Was a tough match against VFL Wolfsburg. We went behind on 22nd minutes after Tah made a suicidal backpass which Filip Djordjevic ran onto it to put them ahead. We pegged them back straight away with Clemente striking inside the box to level the score. Mark Noble's penalty on 49th minutes put us in front. Took Clemente off for Huntelaar and which paid off with him getting our third goal to give us 2 goals lead for our 2nd leg in Germany.
Sad day for the club
So frustrating against Liverpool. Also went for defensive mentality and started well, Had to play Fischer as AMC due to Sigurðsson's injury. He took us in front on 18th minutes with a strike just outside the box. We was heading toward half time with us in front, until Cabeção made a mistake to gift Sturridge, his first goal on stroke of half time. All of sudden, Leali made stupid mistake and gifted Balotelli his goal to put them ahead. FFS then Isimat-Mirin tripped up Sturridge on 87th minutes, in the penalty to give him his second goal by converting the penalty to send us crashing.
Barclays Premier League table
Only 3 points behind Man City, just hope we can go on good run for 4th.
FA Cup Sixth Round draw
Another tough draw against our rival Some reason I'm confident of knocking them out.
New feeder club link
Board decided to pick up few average clubs for our new links so I decided to pick a Russian club so hopefully I can nab few regens from the club.
Spent awfully alot yesterday looking at regens for next season I'm willing to let few players go in the summer as they ain't getting game time here.
I have also removed Portugal and South Africa leagues and added Russian top division from next season.
Got to say thanks to SBR and Burnley career for inspiring me to play my West Ham save again

Yeah, disappointed we threw it away against Liverpool on 3 mistakes
I'm enjoying your story immensely

Hopefully, but I can't see us getting 4th. Would be more happy if we finish 5-6th for Europa League.

Signing this youngster for next season. Cost me 4.4M. Got big future of him.
I'm not sure what to do with Leali, might sell him or keep him for another season. Any suggestions?
Who knows Would be amazing if we could.
SBR
Johno
Yes, Leali is our first choice keeper. He has conceded 57 goals in 41 appearance and 9 clean sheets. I'm swaying toward keeping him and loan the kid out for game time.

I am going to try and loan him out whoever guarantee him playing time. Or send him to Russia, or wait til feeder club button comes available so I can get a club to send youngsters there. I also have Boreham Wood as my feeder.

After FM fucked off last night so I has to do my youth intakes again, but this time it's slightly better.
Players I'm offering contract to -
HOYD rated him very highly but I disagree, hope he proves me wrong. Dual nationally as well ( English and South African) will be hard to pronounce his name
Argentine nationally pop up ( Probably due to Crespo at the club) He looks promising but need working on his marking, tackling and jumping reach.
Another promising player and hopefully I can turn him into good keeper in few years time.
Good to see us getting English winger. Going to try and get Lennon/Murphy to tutor him. Will probably get game time in cups next season.
I would say he is the best pick out of the intakes this season Very promising defender. Will get Vida/Tah to tutor him if they willing to.
We got a Russian regen From our link with Arsienal Tula. But I think he just literally joined them.

I will update the above post again.

Out of curiosity has Leali broken into Italys first-team or is Sirigu holding him back? I think you should loan the Dutch lad out as well but just make sure he gets starting time. Could be a bit like Courtois when he returns
Johno
I'm going to do auto save each week, It happened few weeks ago as well. Bloody FM.
I have just updated my youth intakes Tad better than last
Re Leali, He is yet to break into Italy first team. Italy currently have Rulli, Consigli and Viviano (both are in their 30's) I'm not surprised as he has been hit and miss for us so far.
At the moment, the clubs I've drawn up (whenever I get a chance to ask to the board to get one) to send youngsters on loan are Dundee United, Abredeen, Wolves, Charlton. Any ideas what club I should look at?

I'm tempted to go for Scotland clubs as I have sent few to English clubs and not playing them often as they said they would.
More likely to go for either Dundee United or Aberdeen. Depends who got better facilities

Made a massive signing for next season
160K p/w and 4 years contract and costed me a mere 1.3M I felt we need to bring in experience striker and Zlatan fits in that, felt we lost that power since Lukas left.
I know he's 36 and will be on big wage but doesn't bother me as we're like 1M under our wage budget. Hopefully will tutor the youngsters as well.
