Would be brilliant if that did happen. But I don't think whoever takes over will upgrade the youth facilities as it's maxed out I believe.

Meh, terrible month especially against Chelsea and Man Utd.
We did start with a 3-0 win over FK Crvena Zvezda/Red star. We dominated the game but struggled to break them down. Aaron Lennon got us the lead on 43rd minutes hitting the rebound of Fischer's shot which hit the crossbar. We was struggling to break them down again in second half, Took off Zlatan off on 64th minutes and brought on Giroud. And bagged two goal for us and was awarded man of the match as well.
Meh, our defence was a joke and we was battered by Falcao who scored 4 against us.
Bounced back with a 2-1 win over Everton. We was in the lead after 40 seconds after Jenkinson ran down the right hand side and crossed toward the goal which Amat, converted it into his own net. Badé double our lead after Amat didn't deal with Yohan Cabaye's header which Badé ran onto to smash it in. Mertens pulled a goal back for them on 60th minutes with close range finish.
We did deserve to lose as we was pathetic and Timo Werner got them the winning goal on 39th minutes.
We was bloody even more pathetic against Chelsea. They scored 2 goals in each half and we took 4 shots and NONE was on target.

Guess that's a good thing we're still in top 4 after Chelsea loss.

Didn't realize we has one more match to finish the month, which was against Arsenal in Capital One Cup Fourth Round /o\
Arsenal did dominate the game but we took our chances to progress, 10 shots and 2 on target.
Badé put us in the lead on 29th minutes after a bad backpass from Ramsey, which Badé ran onto the pass to score. Took Badé and Noble off at half time for Yorio and Honda. Yorio got his first goal for us with 3 minutes remaining, getting onto Lennon's cross to score to put us through.

Ståle Solbakken has just been sacked by Valencia as they're currently 16th in La Liga, I missed out on the job few years ago. I decided to put my name in for the job, Think I have done alot with West Ham, probably time to move on if I get offered the role.

I have decided to take the job with Valencia, with a small budget and club are 16th in the league, I think I will enjoy it and try and get the team in top 10. I agreed to keep DOF on, will be first time working with one. And they are not in Europe competition (finished 8th last season) this season compare to West Ham is.
Club facilities
Hopefully I can get the club to upgrade both facilities to top standard. Looking forward to see the club moving to 75K stadium.
I have taken a look at world richest club and club list and what a difference. West Ham are currently 9th at 698M and 4.5 stars on reputation and Valencia are 63rd at 93M and got 4 stars.
I'm glad to be leaving West Ham in a good hands with the finances and players I have built up over the years. Hope next manager doesn't go crazy on budget or ripping the team up.

That's the reason why I went for the job, and try and get them back in top 4. And build up team like they has brilliant players few years ago (Villa, Silva, Mata)

Not surprised to see them left, I will take a look current backroom staff and see if they need replacing. Tempted to get Parnaby and Bill Green over.

Happy to see the 2 loans ending next year. Surprised we only got 8M in the bank. And we're 106K over our wage budget

Asked the board to upgrade the youth facilities which they accepted. As we got rubbish youth players in U's19.
Just noticed we got good feeder clubs, which will be useful for us.
