I'm going to be honest I did start to get a little bit irritated by the main character. Like others said I totally agree that he doesn't need to be necessarily likeable but I didn't find him particularly interesting either when he was just essentially going round doing drugs and socializing. Really enjoy the style though, found it very funny even if the character didn't have a lot of depth from what I read so far.

Might want to take the a bit about talking his thoughts out loud on ket too, felt a bit too much of a nod to Fear and Loathing.
