Help! can't select starting year 2015

Is there anyone out there, that can bring clearance to my issue?
I wanted to start my first save for thos edition.
When I select my leagues I can only select either 2013 or 2014???

I believe Ireland has the option of starting in January 2015.

Well, so does Sweden (where I am from) and norway etc.

But when I select only Swedish Leagues, I can select 2015 as the starting option. Allthough I am a FM player that needs lots of Leagues for my motivation. So when I choose around 20 nations I can't longer select 2015.
I believe it's the 15.3 patch that does this...
