That took me ages to read. What's the point of using 'a' instead of 'I'?

Just a NE thing, as is saying 'is' rather than 'us' or 'me'. Yeah its stupid but loads of people up here talk phonetically like that when messaging its weird, my Facebook is full of it

Aye, there's something like "He had reasonable evidence to believe she was of legal age" in cases like this and he can easily say "She was in a club for over 18's so that's my case"

Well if she's in a nightclub then you'd assume she's 18 or over and well above the legal age.

Only time will tell I suppose, but still not a good position for him to be caught up in.

I actually know someone who's been in this situation. He was 20 at the time and took a girl from a club home. Turned out she was either 15 or 16 and had police come to his house a few days later. Once they found out she was in a over 18s club and used a fake/someone else's ID he was let off

He just fell down. Apparently he has a condition with a history of fainting.

It did feel similar to Muamba, but Gomis came off conscious and speaking thankfully. Hopefully he's alright.
