Not every single game, but yes we've been very lucky.
I don't know how we're getting so many results yet playing so badly. Tonight we were shit. Boring possession football again. But two defeats in the last 22 games, amazing and baffling.
De Gea is one of the reasons though, fantastic. Hopefully a new contract will be announced soon.

No doubt Van Gaal will say we played well, controlled the game, dominated possession and create chances.
EDIT: We're going to get absolutely shit upon by bigger sides.
Sam
That being said we've got Liverpool away who are in form and Chelsea away. Going to be tough this next month.

City game should've been about 4-0 with a penalty and red card tbf

Abeid really needs to stop doing this, he's a liability for giving the ball away in dangerous areas.

It does sound though that none of our DM's can control a ball under pressure - Tiote was poor before disappearing to the ACON and related injuries, Anita is regularly terrible, and it seems Abeid has similar failings.
I can rant all night that MUFC didn't deserve to win because they didn't. But had we won it we'd probably be a bit sheepish and admit we didn't either. Woeful game of football, and that's even despite that for me the first sixty minutes only existed in text and Tweet form.

They have got a tough run of games from now until the end of the season, imagine if they go down.

Lucky against Chelsea at home, should have lost by more against City away and Arsenal should have been 2-0 or 3-0 up by the time we ambushed them. The Liverpool result at home was pleasing. Honestly I can see us just setting up defensively for draws against Chelsea and Liverpool, we might not get completely humped, but 99% certain we won't win.

Well preserved from only playing 10 games every year? The first sign of Spring is an in from Rosicky.
Just seen MOTD. Fucking hell ref.

Rightfully so.
Fucking disgusting to see that going on.

One report said Cisse is getting 7 as this is his second red offence after the one he picked up v Everton in December.
Also, Newcastle apparently asked the FA to look into Evans spitting at Riviere after the non-awarded penalty incident. Not so sure on that one, although I haven't seen any close-ups.
Sam
We were down to ten men for most of the City match whilst also having Rojo off injured. Chelsea we deserved a point, Arsenal we were lucky thanks to De Gea and Liverpool was pretty good.
I don't think we'll be as bad as people think we will be against the top teams. *touch wood*
Ninja
On the subject, Cisse's actions leading up to the Evans' spit were also horrific, he scrapes his legs down Evans ankle twice and then kicks out at him for some reason as well.
Thank you, I thought I was taking crazy pills. We were unlucky not to get something against City and were comfortably the better side for most of the second half, were easily Chelsea's equal and deserved a point and played very well against Liverpool and Spurs.
I think playing against sides that want to attack us is going to help tbh, we struggle to break teams down when they sit back let us have the ball and attack on the counter.

Both should be banned but I agree 6 games is crazy.

No you weren't, at all. Maybe for 10 mins tops, that's it.
Rojo should've been sent off and City should've got at least one (3 very good shouts) penalty and yet you're the unlucky ones
Sam
We were unlucky not to get an equaliser, especially how easily City let us back in the game for the final 30 minutes.

"Having woken up this morning I am shocked to have seen the media coverage from last night’s match. I would like to make it clear that I did not spit at Papiss Cisse.
"I was totally unaware of any spitting incident and had assumed that the issue at the time was with the challenge and his attempted retaliation to the tackle from the floor.
"During the game Papiss Cisse and I spoke about the incident and it is clear by my reaction in the television footage that I was totally surprised by any suggestion of spitting.
"It is not in my character or in my nature to spit at anybody nor is it something I have ever done or would ever do. It is certainly not something that I did last night."
Christ, Johnny Evans is a prick isn't he?
Even blames Cisse for him tackling from behind, and Evans forgets to mention him kicking out at Cisse.

Carroll.
Yeah this, as I said earlier even if Evans did actually aim to spit at Cisse he could easily get away with it by saying he wasn't aiming at him, while for Cisse there's not much he can say
Poe
He should have came out and lied like Evans did, though.
