After more than 240 hours of work and research since 3 weeks, I am happy to release my Megapack of 75 updates !! 
My 75 updates have all been developed with the advanced editor and contain 99% of real formats of competitions and 90-95% of real rules ( limit maximum of foreigners, discipline, transfer windows, loan, league sorting, dates, break period, effectifs rules, match rules in play-offs and cups, points deductions, Bosman law..etc etc)
These 75 updates (+ the database Japan's players and staffs of widehawk) were tested in same time until October 2027: No bugs and no crashes !!
With these updates and the original leagues, there is therefore now playable:
- All countries in Europe
- All countries in South America
- The 23 best countries in Asia
- The 14 best countries in Africa
- The 13 best countries in North America and the CFU Championship for the qualification in NACL (Champion's League rebuild included in the pack but to use the file Only with the CFU Championship, otherwise, it's preferable not to select the file)
- The 7 best countries in Oceania
Place files inside: Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2015\editor data

You can either tick the "add players to playable teams" box before starting a new game (which will give the Japanese teams completely generated squads), or download widehawk's excellent Japanese real-life player database alongside the Japanese league file from this download.

- Change in Sudan league: 15 teams from 2015
- Iran: foreigners limited to 4.
- Remove duplicates on the historic of some competitions.
- Rebuilding of Oceania Champions League (so that there is real qualifications for the Oceania leagues) and with real format (semi final and final in 1 match)

I had the same problem with my fmf files, after the 15.3.1 update was released. I fixed it by having an editor data folder inside the editor data folder. So it should look something like
... /Documents/....Football Manager 2015/editor data/editor data

I've downloaded your updates, but still got a problem with New Caledonia league. It's says 12 teams max, found 17 teams?

Fiji: 1 relegation
Haiti: 11 clubs in 2014, 20 clubs in 2015 and 18 clubs from 2016
Uzbekistan: from 2015, the 15th of the 1st division plays a relegation playoff
Vietnam: 8 clubs in the 2nd division instead of 10. 22 teams in the cup.
Belize: Play-off of the opening stage and closing stage are played in a league round and not cup
Maybe to next year for FM16.

P.S. where I can get the older megapack files without updates, couse they works fine before? I need Iran, Iraq, Uzbekistan, Angola, Egypt, Sudan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Moldova, Bolivia and Tahiti

I also noticed that when my under-18s won the under-18s Group 1, they didn't get any recognition either
