They sent me an email to Verify my age. Clicked the link that said "ROI citizens, click here to email ID". Did that, sent it off. 2 days later, my account is closed. In Live Chat, they tell me they never received it. They email address they pre-fill when you click that link has a big typo in it so no Irish user would be able to verify their account...
