Can you tell me how big the file is and what type it is (e.g. rar, zips, 7z etc?)

If you are trying to add a screenshot to the file so that it shows at the very top of the page
You should have an "Edit" button next to the pagination and "Subscribe" and "Reply". This will allow you to add more screenshots.
If the buttons at the top of the input box when adding a comment has vanished
I have seen other users report this error and on that occasion their browser needed updating. Try that? If not tell me exactly what Browser version and OS you are using. To make both our lives easier you can go to this page and copy and paste the link it gives you.

Yes, all the buttons at the top of the input box have vanished...i upload all my screenshots and backgrounds to mediafire and photobucket, then using the "insert link" button i display them in my thread...this only happened as of yesterday, also the "add attachment" button is visible but not working...i did a browser update like you suggested and it went from firefox 36 to 36.1 but this has made no difference...i am using windows 7 ultimate (http://whatsmybrowser.org/b/F5G5BHH)

Im beginning to think something bad has happened to my account, along with my previous problems with uploading now it seems there are other issues...usualy when i xlick on "my account" i then have the option to click on "my content"...but now that has diassapeared too!!!...when i click on "my account" its just taking me to "edit account settings" and its showing that my password is incorrect...ive already changed my password once to resolve this, my new password was accepted and i logged in...still problem with uploading persisted and im back to square with not being able to see "my content", password is being deemed as incorrect and now i cant even sign out!!! PLZ HELP!!!

Have you installed an extension recently? This may be causing it.
When in Firefox hit: Ctrl + Shift + K. A box should open at the bottom (probably with a list of errors). Screenshot or copy and paste that for me to see.

after i hit control shift k this appeared under the console tab

The top line had a red triangle next to it and the second had a yellow triangle...i cant give you screenshot because i cant upload images. I checked for any new extentions but there arent any, not visible anyway.

cleared cache and it makes no difference...im out of ideas...at this point i cant use the site because i cant access my content (drop down menu which should appear when i click on my account has vanished)...even when i manage to open my thread like i say i cant add any more images...forgot to mention, i tried accessing my account using my phone and the same issues persisted so im assuming that rules out problem with my pc or browser. Dont know whether that helps in any way.

I also cannot see how it could be your account (that's just simply not how websites or the internet work, logging in with your account won't help me).
Have you tried different internet connections? Like work and home?

My windows done a disk check this morning (checking for inconsistencies and i had an adobe flash update...dont know why but now everything is fine...very baffling...like i said i already tried opening your site with different browsers and that didnt help, i tried accessing the site on my phone and tablet and it was still the same?????...anyway as of this morning its all back to normal...dont know how, just hope it lasts lol...thanks for all the help, much appreciated.
