Thanks again ChrissBurns1993 for sticking with the reading! Only another twenty six pages to go! I'm on 40+ hour weeks but play it when I can as the other half works pretty much opposite shifts to me!
India Bound - 5th July 2073
So as the title suggest I have stuck to my guns and remained in Asia and this time travelling to India. Another place I'm looking forward to managing in. Its a country with just the one league title and I believe two domestic trophies on offer so it shouldn't take all that long for me to tick India off as long as I can get the right job and in all honesty I believe I've done that.
Welcome to East Bengal, a side who have dominated Indian football for a few years and their history is one to not be snubbed with a couple AFC Cup wins, but no Asian Champions League, a title I'd like to win before I leave Asia eventually, however thats a long way to go just yet. Not much money in the club but hopefully I won't need it.
The players that finished last season, we are just heading into the summer and pre season so I have a small amount of time to judge the players quality and potential and get the job done bringing in a few new faces. Overall the squad looks okay. May look to add a couple faces in defence with a little more quality.
Finally this is how the league season finished this year, its a league of just ten teams and eighteen league games so all in all shouldn't take too long to fly through. East Bengal have won five of the last seven titles however lost it for the first time in five seasons this year, finishing third, seven points off the winners pace whilst 2068 winners Dempo got relegated this season!

East Bengal - Mid Season Update 2073/2074
Well, India is a bit of a strange league, the league season doesn't actually start until January and thats late January too. However by this time three cup competitions have been played. The Indian Supercup didn't feature us this year so its not on the agenda to do a clean sweep one season here, but we have began and finished the two domestic cups for the season...
Well the Durand Cup got off on a poor foot. My first ever competitive game here in India began with an embarrasing five two defeat and left us all but our the group. Luckily we went on to Smash United SC to top our group on goal difference. We then dispatched Mohammedan in the Semi Final before facing last seasons relegated side Dempo in the Final...
A good game this was, we dominated from the start but almost blew a three goal lead against Dempo. Our goals came with two in the first forty five and then we went three nil up ten minutes into the second half. We went on to concede twice and be reduced to ten men, but held strong for trophy one of four in India.
The FED Cup then started and again we started with a poor result in the group, losing three two. We went on to win our remaining three group games which saw us finish second in the group and advancing to the Semi Finals. It was a good game with Pune FC however they didn't have the legs. After we equalised two minutes into injury time we sent it to extra time and eventually won five two, heading into a second Final here...
Well it ended up to be a trouncing we gave to United SC! We battered them in the final claiming a superb six one victory and we could of had more. We were three nil up inside eleven mintus and four nil in twenty five minutes. We lead five one at the break before we added the sixth and final goal! Two down in India, two to go!
So the second half of the update will feature all eighteen league games, the only other trophy we can win this season with us set to face the Super Cup early next season!

East Bengal - End Of Season Update 2073/2074
My first ever season in India, out of all the versions of football manager I've played has now come to an end and its been a rather exciting season. Before we even kicked the ball in the league we had already scooped the two domestic cup competitions. So all I have to report to you now is our AFC Cup results and how the eighteen league games panned out this season.
Up and down form in the AFC Cup, a cup competition I've already won however I wouldn't mind winning again some point or even better, the Champions League here in Asia. However it wasn't to be this year for us. Despite turning our form around in the Cup and advancing to the second round we were then beat by Riffa in the Second Round, knocking us out the competition.
It took a long old while for us to get anywhere in the league this season, our league form started off very slow and we didn't stick more than two league wins together until the eleventh and twelfth game of the season but surely that would prove to be too late. We struggled in the first half of league fixtures but improved immensely throughout the second half losing one in seven games at the end.
We were indeed crowned league champions and if I'm honest, we probably didn't really deserve to be! We won the league by four points but never hit the top spot of the league table until we had just three league games to go if I remember correctly! Luckily for us it proved to be enough and a third trophy won here in India.
We now just seek success in the Indian Super Cup!

East Bengal - ONGC Super Cup 2074
With just one trophy left to win here all attention turned to the ONGC Super Cup here in India, the one trophy that was left from my Indian trophy cabinet. Hopefully this was to be a straight forward win.
Straight forward it was not! We performed okay but were very ill disciplined! Finishing with just nine men after the ninety minutes. Federico Khan was dismissed for persistant fouling five minutes before the break, picking up two yellows within a minute. We then went on to lost Mansur in the ninetieth minute for the same reason as the game headed to Extra Time. Still goalless is went to penalties where we went on to triumph four two and seal Italy.
Well just over five hundred days in charge here in Hong Kong and its a second Asian country that has failed to challenge me, maybe by choice as I decided to go for another strong contender here and in a league with just one division. Anyway stats wise, thirty eight played, twenty four won, four drawn and the remaining ten were defeats. Scoring eighty six whilst shipping thirty seven. Job Done.
And so this is where we are now. Tow Asian countries ticked off and five still to play as well as England still being loaded in. India won't leave the set up for another eight months as the league season is just about to begin. Singapore is now the only 'one leagued' country left in from Asia whilst Indonesia has three leagues to tick off, China, Malaysia and South Korea all having two to get through.
Just a quick update with your first look of the Hall of Fame. I realised a couple seasons ago I hadn't even looked at this throughout the career and this would be why. Despite spending time at a number of different clubs, picking up thirty three division titles, twenty eight domestic cups and two 'other club trophies' as well as a number of smaller cups, I can still only find myself sitting twentieth out of twenty in the Worldwide managers Hall of Fame.

Indonesia Bound - 13th February 2075
It was time to take a slightly bigger journey on now as we headed over to Indonesia, the biggest Asian country left loaded with three leagues to play for as well as two domestic cups in order to win if I wish to complete this country. I've found a bit of a 'jackpot' job in the bottom tier of Indonesia and one that should fire me almost straight to a trophy and league title.
Off to PSIM! An Indonesian side who are expected to win the Nuswantra League and as you'll see very shortly are currently performing very well in the league. I'm now eighty three years old, didn't realise I was getting on that much! The board have set a number of expectations, we'll meet them..hopefully!
This league is very strange, its set up into three groups with the top two going into Phase two and then I think the top two of that will head into the top league. However its confusing so don't count my word on that. We're currently top of the table but only on goal difference whilst we are also a point clear of third place.

PSIM - End Of Season Round Up 2074
I had just seven league games to play to see out the league season and was hoping I could keep PSIM exactly where they are, on top of the pile and lead them to the league title here in Indonesia. It wasn't to be an easy run in though as you're about to see. Should we finish in the top two we'd then go into the second phase of the competition.
The cup was in full swing when I took charge. I think my first game was against top tier side Sriwijaya FC who we stormed past late on winning three nil We then dispatched Persipal over the two legs but annoyingly we were then dispatched by low sitting PSKT who we really should of beaten.
Here is the final run in for my PSIM side as I said, we had just seven normal league games left to play this season and it got off on the wrong foot as we went on to fail to win in our opening three league games! Two defeats and a draw saw us drop from the top of the pile before we put together a small run of three wins and a draw, would it be enough...
It did prove to be enough but only just! We went on to claim the league title by two points and promotion to the top tier. I say league title, it wasn't quite yet. We had to now head into a second phase where the group winners battled it out for the top spot and the Final to be crowned champions...
Three games in the second phase, we really struggled to get going once again, a win, draw and defeat, would that be enough to see us head through to that all important final to be crowned champions...
Nope, we crashed out here in the second phase. Meaning we aren't crowned champions but as I've done a couple times before, in this lengthy save, promotion is good enough for the 'title' as any so I will be claiming this one.

An Indonesia Switch - 23/06 - 26/08/2075
After one hundred and thirty one days in charge of PSIM I've stepped down as I've found a job which is much more likely to compete for a trophy again this season here in Indonesia! Hoping I can secure the Premier division, second tier, here in Indonesia before moving on again. My stats say it all for this stint, very short stint and one promotion without a trophy.
Relegated from the top tier here in Indonesia last season, Persiba Bantul, however they are still only tipped by the board to finish mid table. I'm hoping we can finish amongst the best and press on for the top spot this season. A small budget available but I'm not really looking to spend it. A club with small history too.
A small squad here at Persiba but I'm hoping its strong enough. There seem to be plenty of quality in the squad and potential quality coming through! We just need to make sure we are performing on the pitch and hopefully all will go to plan! I'm planning this to be a one year stint, lets see if it goes to plan!

Persiba Bantul - 15th January 2076
Well here we go, the next adventure here in Indonesia as we take steps into the second tier of the Indonesian footballing ladder! Hopefully a wise move that'll pay off as we report on the first half of the league season with the cup adventure having just began as well.
January 15th proved to be my final day in charge at Persiba Bantul after failing to attend a meeting, I had already attend two this season regarding team morale and performances and it just never really got going as we're about to see. It seems Asia is beginning to challenge me here in Indonesia.
Just the one win in the fixtures this half of the season and that came at the start of the year! I started on winning ways then failed to win another game!
Sitting second from bottom when I was aiming to win the league and the board were expecting us to be at least mid table, I really don't know what went on! Just hoping I can grab another job before the end of the season and claim a trophy still this year!

An awful stint indeed Shedender and we really didn't help ourselves!
Horror showing Gendo, maybe, however PSIM also were relegated this season come the end!
ChrissBurns1993, I truly respect you taking time to read through all forty seven pages, I don't think I could read it again! Haha! There has been times tough of motivated but its just changing things up and moving on. It'd be nice to see how you get on through your game, to fix motivation just move on to different countries or even continents!
A Lucky Omen - 6th March 2076
Well it seems like I've just got the luckiest omen ever! I had been unemployed for the past two months and thought it was going to be a wait till the end of the league season. However Villa 2000' manager left for the Persikab vacancy, leaving a chance of a trophy lying in my wake as I applied and grabbed the job. Two points clear at the top with just four league games remaining this season, I surely can't blow this to get into phase two...
Final four league games, my first four here at Villa 2000 and it was a short successful stint with three wins and a draw. A thriller to kick off my reign as we beat Persifa four three in the opening game of my reign. We then welcomed Persepam who we beat one nil. My only setback was a one all draw away at Borneo FC where a last minute goal set us up. Finally a three two home win set us up to surely head into the second phase.
A five point gap at the top of the table and easily heading into the second phase of the competition. We performed well especially once I took charge for the whole four games. Persepam grabbed third but wouldn't be heading into the second phase with us. Now its time we did the business in the second phase.
Here we go, a three game run in the Premier Division second Phase and we really had it all to do in the final game. We opened up the second phase with a one nil win of Persiraja. We then lost three nil, seeing us need at least a six nil win in our final game. We really went on and done it, with an overload fashion, winning six nil!!
Promotion secured! we finished second in the group following our superb victory in the final group game. We all finished level on points the top three whilst Persika got absoutely battered in the second phase, scoring just once and conceding twelve! This led us to see a third place finish game, would we finish third or fourth...
A boring final and one of an ill disciplined nature from our point of view thats for sure. We picked up five bookings along the way and didn't see a single goal in the game until we went into a penalty shootout where we eventually went on an triumphed.
Well, after seventy two days I upped ships and left! I wasn't even planning on hanging around here that long anyway it was just an opportunity to get that second division title sorted and fly off. We have just the top tier here in Indonesia to look for now. I don't know if that'll be my next move, however I do plan on staying in Asia!

Malaysia Bound - 11th July 2076
Another new country was set to join this wonderful challenge and for me to mark off my world trekking map! Its been one hell of a journey so far and still so long to go yet! I'm now leaving Indonesia for a short while, with three trophies left to win there and move across to Malaysia as a good opportunity has arisen.
And so this is where I'm heading to in Malaysia, N.Sembilan. They will play their football in the second tier of Malaysian football, also being the lowest playable tier so I'm starting in the right area. Not big budgets here, small on transfers and wages whilst the board wish to see direct, attacking football, sure I can do that!
This is what happened to them last season, relegated from the top tier of Malaysia on the final day of the season, finishing a point short of safety. Polis DRM also followed them down on the same amount of points as I've taken over I'm expecting it'll be a battle between the two sides for the top spot.

I bet it did ChrissBurns1993 but its nice to know people are interested in a story, especially one like this spanning so many years. I find comments from you guys help me to keep motivated, you can always bring your story over here and summarise the last few seasons to get us up to date!
N. Sembilan - Mid Season Round Up 2076/2077
Its take a while to finally get going in Malaysia, in fact, my first competitive game wasn't until January despite taking the reigns of the club back in July. So I sent my manager away on a short holiday to enjoy himself at his ripe old age and get ready for the new footballing season here in the Malaysian Second tier.
The cup dream is alive and going well to date. We are currently two rounds down as we beat Cebagoo three two, the non league side really putting up a fight against us. We then went on to narrowly beat same tier side KL Rapid as it came to a penalty shootout. Up next, the current top tier league leaders ATM in the Quarter Finals.
Our league form hasn't been quite as straight forward and winning as I would of initially liked. For a side who were relegated last year I was expecting us to find it much easier however things are getting there. Three defeats, three draws and five wins is the result from our opening eleven games of the league season, marking the halfway point.
On paper it looks bad viewing, down in sixth place. However, we are only two points off the top spot so I'm happy enough with our league position at the half way stage. One win could see us jump straight to the top spot, whilst we don't have the best goal difference, its one of the better ones in the league. Eleven games to go...

N. Sembilan - End Of Season Round Up 2076/2077
Life here in Malaysia has been okay to say the least, the first half of the season has been very pleasing to date and now we just needed to perform a tiny bit better in the second half of the season and we'd be right up there, at the top at the end of the season, we also had a strong cup run on the go which I looked to continue.
Our league form greatly improved throughout the second half of the season, seeing us lose just once and only drew three times, seeing us win the remaining seven games. Its been a superb run of form and one that put us right in contention for that top spot of the league, would we do enough for promotion? and the title?
It was! It came down to the final game of the season once again, its a second year running where I've scooped promotion on the final day and this has ensured the league title is ours too! My first piece of silverware in three years after two promotions without titles over in Indonesia! We still only finished three points off fourth place.
What a run we had in Piala FA as we ran riot! We travelled to top tier side ATM in the Quarter Final first leg, losing out narrowly, two one. Second leg we then welcomed ATM and battered them three one. We had a two nil lead on the day after eighteen minutes and went on to do enough to see us through to the Semi Finals. We then faced same tier side Perlis, who we beat two one in the first leg and drew two all second leg. The it came down to the Piala Final, against top tier side Perak who finished sixth in their league...
Well, it wasn't to be our year! We had an amazing run to reach the Piala FA Final and then slipped to a two nil defeat against Perak. We battled well against them but eventually fell short. We conceded in the twentieth minute and then again eleven minutes after the restart to fall to a two nil defeat.
21st July 2077...
Hows this for a stroke of luck! Almost a month after finishing the league and cup in Malaysia this job became available in the Chinese second tier! The lowest playable tier. Their current manager, for some reason left to join fifteenth place Yiteng! I know! It makes no sense. Without resigning from my current post I applied and delightfully, got offered the job! Now its just to keep them top of the pile for the remaining thirteen league games of the season!
