Leagues Loaded:
AFRICA:
South Africa, Tunisia
SOUTH AMERICA:
Chile, Argentina
NORTH AMERICA:
Usa
ASIA:
South Korea, China, Japan
EUROPE:
England, Germany, Italy, Spain, Ireland
Approx Player Count: 60,000
Clubs Managed:
(2013)- MP Black Aces (Sacked)
(2014- 18)- Parceiro
(2018)- Japan National Team
Rules/Guidelines I'm Following:
1. Similar to the Pentagon challenge I will be attempting to win the CL in every continent. However, I won't resign from a club immediately after winning. I'm gonna go at my own pace and try to enjoy it!
2. Try to win the World Cup but I made it possible to only manage one team at a time.
I'm picking this up in 2017 where I am currently in Japan managing a club called A.C. Nagano Parceiro. They were founded in 1990 and have little to no history worth noting.
I downloaded the extra leagues here:

Although we are under performing in the J-league it's great to win this competition. We had a pretty tough road to get to the final also.
We just made it out of the group, only advancing on goal difference over Esan Utd.

Approached about a week after winning the ACL by Villarreals B team. I've never managed a 'B' team nor do I plan on it, so I promptly rejected this job offer. I still have goals I want to achieve with Parceiro before I leave.

Correction, the teams do not have their real players apparently. I thought they did...

Amazingly,
The 4th place team was playing the 3rd place team and they cancelled each other out. All we had to do was win and we would earn ourselves a spot in the top 4.
Fantastic clutch performance! We earn ourselves a spot in the ACL for next season. Now it's time to prepare for the Club World Cup.

Now to play the Spanish destroyers Real Madrid who now have Chicharito. I would have never guessed we could win against them...
And I was 100% right. Chicharito easily ran past my entire defensive line and my goalkeeper looked lost. This is one of the few games where I actually take issue with the match engine. I'm not saying I should have won but the intelligence of my defenders and goalkeeper during this game was absurd. My keeper made half ass diving attempts and that was when the ball was already in the back of the net...

All the best with this! Impressive start to your career!

Thanks! I'll be sure to check it out!
I downloaded the leagues from Theawaystand. The admin Foxo created lots of leagues to add. Before you start the game though you should try to add club 'information' screens. For some reason no Japanese teams have them. One other thing to check is the youth training screen. I hired a few youth coaches and when I went to try and change their training category I wasn't able too. And thanks hopefully I'm able to maintain the winning tradition.

Christian Moran and Rabiu Ibrahim are two of my most important and better players. A few years back they asked to leave but I was able to get them to stay saying I would improve the clubs reputation. Surely winning the ACL means something to them? Apparently not. Either its a bug or they are just straight idiots.
I decide to engage into conversation.
That went better than expected, but I fear he may change his mind again. Moran also didn't even want to have a conversation with me so his morale may be beyond repair.
I feel a mutiny brewing in the clubhouse... My time at Parciero is numbered.

I'm not too sure where my reputation stands outside of Asia so I may get embarrassed by Argentina. But, I think I have a decent chance of being asked to manage Japan being that my reputation is 'continental' and I manage a Japanese club.
I got an answer from Argentina pretty quickly and I honestly could have predicted that one.
And then...
I'm pretty glad to be getting this offer. Japan have some promising youth on the rise that could be great some day. The next day I resigned from Parciero and a mass exodus followed.

One slip up against Uruguay but I can't fault their performance. Plus, we turned quite a few heads by beating down France as easily as we did.
Even though we won a bunch of games our worldwide ranking didn't really change. We moved up after beating France but dropped straight back down after losing to Uruguay.
My squad is almost equally real players and regens now. Honda along with Kagawa are still the best Japanese players around though. Yuki Abe is also one of the most promising youngsters in the nation.

And then finally on January 1st the groups for the Asian cup were drawn. We are the defending champions and I think we should make the final at least.

And honestly I couldn't care less about the 3rd place games. Obviously I would have preferred to win for the sake of my job security, but I'm not that bothered we lost to Australia.
hitman19ko
Unfortunately Shinji Kagawa chose to retire shortly after the Asian cup concluded. I tried to convince him to come back but he wasn't having any of it.
It came down to our final match for us to try and clinch the cup and we blew it. The worst part is that in 2 of the 3 games South Korea played they scored the winner in stoppage time and they won their final game against Australia that way. After beating both Australia and Korea I figured we'd coast to a draw against China but we were overly complacent and obviously lost.
We'll try to move on from this upsetting performance. Luckily we were considered underdogs to win the cup so my job isn't in jeopardy as far as I know.

Thanks yeah I know it was a bit. Winning that CL really helped me out big time as far as my reputation was concerned. I'm actually getting offers from some decent clubs now. Lazio, LA Galaxy, Celtic and Stuttgart have all offered me the manager job but I'm not going to leave until the next world cup.
Dodds'
well done with Japan nice to see you go to them, not many stories in the past have had them involved!
hitman19ko
The chance has passed I'm afraid. Although I am interested in managing Celtic, I've never played in Scotland before haha

This is progress in my eyes. The Japanese team was okay but nothing great. Now I am closer to home and more motivated than ever to win with this talented Irish squad. Here's some of the better player in the year 2020.
Shane Duffy
Aiden Mcgeady
Ciaran Clark

The results have been mainly positive apart from the unexpected loss to Austria and then being thrashed by Turkey... We played fantastically against Netherlands and honestly I didn't think we would drop points so soon after that great performance.

Thank you! We have been doing well in the world cup qualifiers so far... I'll update it soon.
hitman19ko
It was pretty disappointing to lose our final match, for some reason we just couldn't find the back of the net even though we dominated the game and only allowed them one shot (which they scored). I guess that's football though...
My future with Ireland is unclear and I could potentially be looking to move on but I'm not sure just yet. It all depends on the club that offers me a job haha
hitman19ko
We got drawn into a pretty easy group and realistically we should be winning this or finishing 2nd at least. Also our team of the year was announced.
James McCarthy and Joe Mason being the stand out performers. I am seeing a bit of a problem with Ireland though. I am not seeing any promising youth players rising through the ranks ANYWHERE. This current crop of players are beginning to pass their prime and I'm having trouble finding suitable replacements. This could prove to be a problem in the future but right now we're okay.
hitman19ko
So I decided to resign with immediate effect and give someone else a chance to move them in the right direction. Shortly after that happened I started to apply for a new job. I was hoping that Everton would sack their manager before I got offered a good job, since they are in 24th in the championship with only a few games left, but that didn't happen before this:
Newcastle already have established facilities with a decent squad, good backroom staff and a new owner, finally! They offered a 4 year contract worth 10k p/w. Danny Martin (owner) also requested that I adapt an attacking mentality to my tactics.
The team is a bit on the older side which I don't usually like but it's gonna take a few years before we upgrade our scouting system as well as facilities.
Also I'm probably going to bring in Andy Crosby to be my assistant. He was with me at Ireland and he was exceptional. I'm also going to clear out the deadwood staff and look to try and sell off excess players. We have 7 matches remaining and we are in a relegation battle right now. My first match will come against Tito Villanova's Arsenal squad!
Dan
hitman19ko
Yeah that CL victory in Asia helped me out big time!
hitman19ko
Overall I am pretty happy with my start here and how we finished the season off. With the run of consecutive victories we guaranteed safety from relegation.
There is now a lot of work to be done during the off-season. Firstly I need to assess my backroom staff and scouting team. The only change I made to the staff was hiring Andy Crosby as my assistant manager and 2 other scouts. My U-18 manager, Kevin O'Brien, is retiring in June and I'll need to find a suitable replacement.
My squad is nowhere near as strong as I'd like it. I am allowing a number of players from the old regime to leave on free transfer. I'm hoping I get a decent transfer budget so I will be able to sign a few scouted youth players I've had my eye on. The youth players currently at the club aren't good enough to make it at the top level. And the better players at my club are 'aging'. On top of that only 4 first team players had an overall rating of 7,00+ so it's obvious the team must improve.
In the next update I will outline the changes to the club I plan on making in better detail.
