I'm being bullish, obviously, and my opinion will probably change by the end of the window but I'm feeling confident at the moment.

Shame. His seemingly constant meltdowns in press conferences were quite entertaining.
Sam
He's a dick though so I won't miss him.

Might've been easier just to sack him at the same time as his son tbh. Can imagine it being a ballache to get things ready in the next 40-odd days.

With Newcastle v Southampton at 1pm on Sunday 9th due to the Saints' Europa League tie, it means there'll only be 6 games on the first MOTD of the season. Weird.
Also first Friday night game in a while is Villa-MUFC. I think the last was when we played Arsenal on a Friday in September 2003... 48 hours after a UEFA Cup game.

Hope he does well with them tbh.

That's one way to stop him signing a contract with United.
Ranieri is a really strange appointment by Leicester, a step backwards. And as Lineker said, uninspiring.

We're still two players short of genuinely contending and I'm not sure I have faith in Arsene to get what's needed; which will be thoroughly disappointing.

Would've been better if they had done it on actual attendance rather than tickets sold.
bluemoon.
Yeah. Imagine that would have been much more difficult though, not many clubs announce the actual attendance.

3 weeks to go and 5 quality signings needed to match our pre window target of 6.
Took us about 2 month to get 1.

We need defenders

But cheer up.

Spending a fortune improving our attack is nothing if they don't do anything about it.

Just needless cuntery.
