Or just to add to this, Rotate the crop tool while your cropping to 180x180, get the shirt collar even both sides then crop simple and quick..

There is already a cut-out for this ID in the megapack but it's of another player. I've found that players correct ID number & Mons will be adding his cut-out (with the correct ID number) in the next megapack update. Just need this pic cut now so the original incorrect cut-out in the megapack can be replaced.
