Extract the 7z file (you may need winrar or 7zip) into your skins folder (this should be Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2013/skins).
If you don't have a skins folder, just create it, and make sure the steklo_x3 and steklo_x3fmc folder inside the 7z file is placed directly inside the skins folder, and not a subfolder of it.
If you've got a previous version, go back to the default skin, then delete the old steklo_x3 folders before installing the new version

Also im having a problem with the news pop up, as you can see some is missing and there is not scroll slider to move up and down, so how do i sort this aswell please?

If I switch to "split", the field becomes visible on the left side of the screen, but then I don't have all the extra screens I want.
I switched back to the default skin for now.
Surprising that no one else is reporting this problem.

Also is there a way to make the match action screen on the left hand side much bigger to take up most of the screen.
This is the closest we can get to the old match day screen from FM12, if this can be done it would be great. Has anybody got any clue if it can be done ? Tom ?

Any help on the news items getting cut off Tom? i got the scoreboard sorted all i need is the pop up hints and tips new items to work fine and this skin will be perfect for me

Ive put your font back in but the hints and tips news pop up is till getting half a player cut out from it, how do i add a scroll to it so i can scroll down and read all thats there or how do i make the box bigger.
