1. Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 20##/graphics/kits/put in here!
( If there is no graphics folder there, create "graphics" )
2. FM14 - click 'Load Game'....click 'FM'...click 'Preferences'...click 'Interface'....click 'Clear Cache'...click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes' (if you first time)....click 'Reload Skin'
2b. FM15 - click 'Preferences'...click 'Interface'....click unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times and click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes in preferences'.....click 'Reload Skin'.

you see Cardiff defaults there...delete them....then reload skin on FM15 Cardiff SS kits back on.

rather than extract copy and paste the files in the folder and drag them to your championship folder in your graphics folder

does it not ask to keep or discard? other than the way ive done it mate im not show how else you could do it

edit: also the Reading away could be a bit darker, I went for an RGB of 178, 132 & 190 when I had a go at making it and it seemed to look closer to the real life colour than the template did (no offence intended towards the template make of course)

yeah i notice for Middlesborough away collar wrong, and reading away was goalkeeper, should be darker as navy... ill pm him
its not mate. its different between away and third!

Wednesday have now got a 3rd shirt. It's last seasons yellow away shirt with "Chansiri" as sponsor and not "Azerbaijan Land of Fire"

you may need this...
by Si Ford...
1) Open Football Manager Resource Archiver 2015
2) Use 'Extract Archive' function to extract graphics.fmf from here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Football Manager 2015\data
3) Go into your extracted graphics folder and go this folder: C:\Users\your name\Documents\graphics\pictures\kits\2d\outfield\ front\eng
4) Re-name the file 'cardiff home' to 'cardiff away' and re-name 'cardiff away' to 'cardiff home'
5) Now find the folder C:\Users\your name\Documents\graphics\pictures\kits\3d\eng
6) Do the same, re-name the file 'cardiff home' to 'cardiff away' and re-name 'cardiff away' to 'cardiff home'
7) Use 'Create Archive' function to create an updated graphics.fmf
8) Save your new graphics.fmf over the top of the original in here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Football Manager 2015\data
9) Start a new game and Cardiff all working
