Get in - we were really poor after taking the lead but that's a good win. Even better with the result from the other game. Dunno what Smalling has been eating for breakfast this season but he has been brilliant.

Rooney bashing aside how bloody good is Martial?

Was absolutely destroying Wolfsburg, almost single handidly, in the first half and is easily the best dribbler we've had for yonks (apart from, possibly, the 3-4 games Di Maria remembered how to do it). No better sight in football than a pacey, strong, player running at players and beating them.

He's an immense talent with so much confidence. His play for the setup of that Rooney chance was brilliant. A star in the making.

The Champions League is back!

Just looking at all the fixtures and wondering why games in Russia (possibly Ukraine too, can't remember) don't kick off at 5/6pm our time anymore? Must be well late over there if they kick off at 7.45 our time like the rest of them.
