that screenprint says rapidshare. use the sortitout link i also provided im not uploading it to any other hosting site. if it still doesnt work just wait for the next megapack update

C:\Users\username\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\graphics\ but unfortunately the faces don't appear into the game!!
I must said that in the preferences field i ticked the option 'Always Reload Skin on Confirm'
