Moyes to jump before he's pushed and take it?

Don't think I look forward to these games. Especially not since Sunderland started winning them.

Whether it was a foul or not is one thing but there was no need for Coloccini to do that in the first place, looked like the keeper was getting to the ball anyway.

Absolutely awful refereeing again.

Newcastle haven't been awarded a penalty since 2013.*

*We got a sympathy penalty against Man Utd last year at 3-0 down, to make up for not getting a stonewall one at 0-0.

Seemed pretty clear cut to me, just barges him out the way.

Maybe. He was going to get sacked if he didn't win today, got an impressive 4-0 win though.

Brendan maybe, or Pearson.

Yeah, and you'll see that in every football game. It's up their with a bit of blocking/holding at a corner. Or obstructing the opposition player to allow the ball to run out of play.

So you have got a penalty since 2013?

It's a stone wall penalty muppet

I hate the expression stonewall. It makes no fucking grammatical sense. I don't know about penalty or not but plenty of those get ignored. Red was harsh, but I'm more annoyed we didn't take a chance before that, and that the long-haired cretin felt the need to do that.

And tbf, Cattermole cleared out Wijnaldum seconds before that penalty, and the referee ignored it. Had he done his job, that would've been done first. Same ignorance with that same chav taking out Colback just now. I hate these games enough without dipshit cunts like that blowing the whistle.

Don't worry, I'm beginning to feel the same. We don't deserve to lose 3-0.

Didn't think Cattermole on Wijnaldum was a penalty in a million years. Although he did TAKE HIM OUT and handball it. Also some absolutely heroic how Lee Cattermole can go in two footed and injure someone and Quinny to congratulate him for his bravery. Tiote and Colback however booked for one foul between them.

Ah well Sunderland can enjoy the three points. They'll have a smile on their face when insulting the MH17 victims.

I thought that was basically Adam Johnson's celebration.

Losing 6 in a row to a club like Sunderland should be punishable by automatic relegation.

Jones is so shit.

Aside from him both defences doing well to keep it tight.

Rooney's been ok, don't really see why he's getting hate.

Think we're in control, but struggling to create chances and so far have snuffed out City on the break. I'd be tempted to swap Rooney and Martial, as once again, Martial's been the most dangerous player on the pitch.

It's not so much that we're slow its that teams realise they don't have to go toe to toe with us because we lack incisiveness so they sit off and we labour looking for pockets of space but, because we lack incisiveness we can't find them. When teams are open against us, i.e. Everton, we pick them off.

Even worse when Mata has a poor game like today.

Martial wasted on the wing. Stick him upfront.

Brendan maybe, or Pearson.

I doubt he would be a popular appointment at first but Nigel Pearson would be a good manager for us I think. He'd steady the ship at least.
