Hi,
Like for FM2013, FM2014 and FM2015, I'll make an effort to deliver some updates of missing countries, trying to make them as realistic as possible on the competition formats and the different rules (limit foreigner, transfer windows, league sorting, dates, break period, effectifs rules, match rules, Bosman law, etc).

ATTENTION: Don't select more 69 updates of countries in same time! Otherwise, there is a crash dump to the creation of the game.
You must extracted the files .fmf directly in the editor data folder without the 7 subfolders.
You can select 76 of my updates (and all original leagues: 69+51= 120 playable countries) in same time (69 countries and the 7 Continental/International Competitions)
Choose "Custom" during the creation of the game or like this:

With these updates and the original leagues, there is therefore now playable with a maximum of realism on the format of competitions and rules:
- All countries in Europe
- All countries in South America (1st and 2nd division)
- The 30 best countries in Asia
- The 20 best countries in Africa
- The 20 best countries in North America (All nations playing CONCACAF Champions League are represented) and the CFU Club Championship qualifiyng for the CONCACAF Champions League (all Carribean Nations are represented).
- The 10 best countries in Oceania
- Addition of 8 Continental/International Competitions.
All my updates are made with the advanced editor, to give you the updates + realistic as possible in all competitions!

for me add players to teams if you not add for example in Japan will be all gray players if you tick add you will be have all white players of course fake players but white.

@Nicky33: The Premier League Asia Trophy, Emirates Cup, Audi Cup and International Champions Cup are friendly competitions. And clubs change every year, also no interest.
You can already make this genre of friendly competitons in FM!.

By cons, it is certainly the last year than I do these updates.

I did select to many update files, so my game gave the error. But now when i try to start the fm game again, the loading screen to even get to the startingscreen keeps being loading. Any solution for this?

- All leagues are compatible with the patch 16.2
- Add squad registration dates for many 2nd and 3rd division.
- Change rules in Azerbaijan and change rules minors for 3-4 other countries.
- ASB Premiership in New-Zealand expanded at 10 teams, like IRL.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, it's very very frustrating............ I've downloaded the folder to winrar, sent it from winrar to my desktop, I've put individual fmf files into the editor data folder on fm16 and I just CANNOT get the new leagues to show up, I've tried putting the whole (ie 'asia'

folder into editor data and individual fmf files and neither worked. What could I be doing wrong??? Please help!!

Can someone explain what is written in the attention part of the original post? That's bad grammar and no offense but I honestly can't understand. Seems like claassen says that we shouldn't have 69 updates at the same time but later says we can have 74 at the same time so it's pretty confusing :/

Good news, I found a way for have the good Continental Qualification in North America.

Before, i had just the opportunity to put the winner and the finalist of the opening or closing stage for the continental qualification.
But, after reflexion and tinker in the editor, this is now fixed and the winner of two tournaments are qualified!
I updated Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, Panama, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Belize.
For the first five named countries, winners of the opening and closing stage are now qualified for the CONCACAF Champions League!
If the same team win the 2 tournaments, it's so the finalist of the closing stage which qualified.

For Nicaragua, the only ticket is for the winner of the grand final that pits the winner of the opening and closing stage.
For the Belize, the ticket goes to the team that is best placed in the aggregate table between the winners of opening and closing stage.
Of course, if the same team wins the 2 tournaments, this is these team that is qualified for the Concacaf Champions League.
Thus, all North American continental qualifications are now conform to reality with the leagues!

I updated also Ecuador for the deduction points in the aggregate table and for the qualification in Copa Sudamericana (1st, 4th, 5th and 6th of the aggregate table are now qualified, like IRL and neither 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th like hard coded).
Improvement also for the continental qualification in Bolivia and Venezuela and add of the 4th division in Malta with a little modification on the rules from this season.

You've said we can't use 69 of them but then we can use 74 of them. Or I guess I've misunderstood. Could you help out please? I love your work and would love to play with as many db edits you've made as possible :/

As far as I understand, I can have 69 country updates plus the North American Champs etc. updates totaling 74 db updates. So I can't use all 80 nations and should give up 11 of them. Am I right?

@egesagin : yes, but in my 80 updates, there are 75 updates of countries and 5 international/continental competitions.
You can select 69 countries and the 5 international/continental competitions.. Also, you must deselect 6 countries of your choice in the list.
You can play with 120 countries in same time (the 51 original countries + 69 updates of new countries) + the 5 international/continental competitions, no more, if not there is a crash dump at the creation of the game.
It's not my fault, it's a bug of SIgames which fix a limit since 3-4 years..

@sdbrook: no, it's because this year, the CONCACAF U20 is directly in the game, unlike other years
Also, it was a doubloon therefore I removed on my Megapack and created Baltic Cup for to replace and stay at 80 updates.
