Min Fee release clause of Zero, bug ...

In my save, with the sortitoutsi data update:

some players like Muller and Boateng have a min-fee release cause of zero dollars

I was also notified my best player might leave on free for zero dollars as he has a release clause of zero in the contract.

what the hell is going on - is there any way to 'fix' this?
