Creating homegrown player(s) in the editor?

I have created a number of new players in the editor and set nation trained at as england for 2000 days between 15-21 but in game it doesnt show up, any ideas?

In the page where you assign Current and Potential Ability, as well as Current, Home and World Reputation and footedness, there is a field where you include the nation and clubs trained. That is the page on the editor which sets out the homegrown status of the player.

This is the page i have used but it has no effect in-game, ill take some screenshots later. Its for a 1995/96 database.

Ok this this is what I have in the editor and this is what shows in game. It is the same for all players.
