Hi,
Like for FM2013, FM2014 and FM2015, I'll make an effort to deliver some updates of missing countries, trying to make them as realistic as possible on the competition formats and the different rules (limit foreigner, transfer windows, league sorting, dates, break period, effectifs rules, match rules, Bosman law, etc).

ATTENTION: Don't select more 69 updates of countries in same time! Otherwise, there is a crash dump to the creation of the game.
You must extracted the files .fmf directly in the editor data folder without the 7 subfolders.
You can select 76 of my updates (and all original leagues: 69+51= 120 playable countries) in same time (69 countries and the 7 Continental/International Competitions)
Choose "Custom" during the creation of the game or like this:

With these updates and the original leagues, there is therefore now playable with a maximum of realism on the format of competitions and rules:
- All countries in Europe
- All countries in South America (1st and 2nd division)
- The 30 best countries in Asia
- The 20 best countries in Africa
- The 20 best countries in North America (All nations playing CONCACAF Champions League are represented) and the CFU Club Championship qualifiyng for the CONCACAF Champions League (all Carribean Nations are represented).
- The 10 best countries in Oceania
- Addition of 8 Continental/International Competitions.
All my updates are made with the advanced editor, to give you the updates + realistic as possible in all competitions!

Changes to 31/12/2015:
- Resolution small bugs on historical.
- For the 1st time, correct Continental Qualifications in all leagues of North America, Ecuador and Venezuela.
- The 1st, 2nd and 3rd to CFU Championship are directly qualified for the CONCACAF champions league, like IRL
- Add 4th division to Malta with new real rules for the country

Fantastic work again claassen! I have noticed that it doesn't work well with the sortitoutsi real competition names. I'm thinking your update changes some of the unique id's for certain competitions? For example, some African cups use the ids of Croatian lower leagues, and therefore get incorrect names. Is this something you've noticed? Thanks again!

Looking in the editor, I think you've replaced removed some (non-playable) leagues like two of the Croatian 4th division regions (ID 661721 for example) to include certain competitions that you had to make from scratch (like the Cameroon top division), is that correct? If so, do you have a list of the unique ids/competitions for which you had to do this, so we can edit out those competitions from the real names file?

Sorry, I don't have a list but there are less than 10 in that case, for over than 270 competitions from my updates.

@AiZaK: with the Japan files, there is in the megapack a database with real players and staffs to Japan but there is a database made for FM15 and not by me, also I can't guarantee anything except that it is compatible with my updates.

Changes to 15/01/2015: (last update before the patch 16.3)
- Add League Cup in Latvia with real format (as always!)
- Change format to Haiti (semi-finals and finals after each opening and closing stages)
- Update 1st and 2nd division to Venezuela. For the 1st division, 20 clubs in 2015 and 2016 then 18 clubs from 2017, like IRL. Real relegation format between 2nd and 3rd division.

It would be nice if the competitions offered price money, since in most of my saves with the custom leagues I end up having to not buy players because of bad finances.

Anyway, good job with the leagues, I always use your leagues to play in South America. By the way, The competition format in Venezuela has changed IRL to a yearly schedule, so maybe you could make the game begin in January 2015 with the Apertura or make it start with the Clausura while keeping the same date. Or maybe even change it to December 2015 to start with the apertura next year.

I'm having crash dumps just selecting 22-23 nations. Only selecting top division too? I've tried a few different combinations. I was trying to get a good worldwide selection so chose a random selection from the continents including Japan (and the recommended data file) but a lot of the selections I've made seem to be crashing every time. I changed the start date a few times and that didn't help.
Doing it with just Japan created a dump too. There's no indication which other league is causing an issue or what can be done to solve it.. I tried a game with all the African leagues and that crashed, same with North America.

@rwk: no, I tested all my updates until 2025 in same time and i didn't have crash dumps and others bugs!

Changes to 06/02/2016:
- Update deductions points to Albania, Azerbaijan, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and New-Caledonia
- Update 2nd division to Venezuela: 18 clubs in 2015 then 24 clubs from 2016 season
- Update format of the league for the 1st (13th in play-off from 2016) and 2nd division to Vietnam (8 clubs in 2015 then 10 clubs from 2016)
- Update format of the league to Congo (18 clubs in 2015 without relegation then 20 clubs in 2016 with 4 relegations and 2 play-off 1/2, then 18 clubs from 2017 with 2 relegations)
- Update format of the league to Sudan (15 clubs in 2015 with 1 relegation then 18 clubs from 2016 with 1 relegation + 2 play-offs 1/2)
- Update cup format to Uzbekistan
The last update will be after the release of the patch 16.3... but all competitions formats of the competition and all points deductions are now OK for the seasons 2015 and 2016!

Read this:

Japan teams seem to be goofy. None of them have any club pages/info. It just auto takes you to the team roster. You can't look at facilities, club page or any of that.

I see you have updated the FM16 Megapack for v16.3 as there have been a few crashes since the update. Does this mean I have to start all over again? or will the your updates work with an existing save game?
