So with one season down here in Austria another is on top of you within a couple weeks. And I'm already facing my first friendlies and have had a run down of the season expectations and financial situation at the club going into my second season in charge here. Also with an outline friendly list we should be competitive and will be ready for the new season when it comes around.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/BMfSocFstdOFhHi00div4ZTMFMUI5pjeePQiV1VU.png

Our season expectations are very unadventurous from the board and not really expectations at all when you review them. All they want us to do is avoid relegation which I am more than confident we will be able to do this season. The squad were exceptional last season so this should be doable. We don't have any money for transfers again this year but have plenty of wages with over twenty thousand pounds currently unspent.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/9CmNXm3MR6Acz9rCGC3ATWJQ6Xh28q7D1r3Ccoeo.png

The financial situation at the club has got worst over the last couple of months and despite being given money for our league finish we have still failed to get back in the black and now sit almost one million pounds into the red and it doesn't look like getting better any time soon. However we do have a nice twenty thousand pounds in wages left over to expand the squad.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/yJWIfMshBPkwYzzCgFajicS7EaF3PMeysKXCtwkA.png

Here is the friendly list for this coming summer as we look to raise morale and fitness in time for the kick off in the new season which is just over a month away. Obviously we will be looking to add new faces and if we do we need them to get use to the formation immediately. A few more friendlies may be added over the summer depending on the first game of the season but time will tell.

I've rinsed through pre season this year and have already completed it. There were little transfer that happened this summer along with a busy rundown of friendlies as we also tried to change the finances a little more in our favor this summer. Also a little bonus for me came this before pre season started which would see me extend my stay here for a little longer.

http://i.imgur.com/aIBVi.png?1

So shortly after our successful season last year winning promotion against the odds and now getting ready for a new season, the board quickly approached me offering me a new deal. As you can see initially the board offered me a deal worth two thousand three hundred pounds a week, I reduced it to two grand a week until the year twenty seventeen will see me extend my say.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/fHVGfiYbYYZGkZjOjNnwcO10FQfSVaVxKuwOk3ao.png

Not onto the transfer dealings of this summer and as I said it was a quiet one here is the proof. Only five players left the squad this summer and they all left on free transfers. Most were around the age of twenty to twenty five but had no future at the club. Whilst two players joined. The most promising seems to be Netherlands under twenty one capped attacking midfielder RadovanMitrovic. The players has a huge history whilst Austrian defender Stefan Rabl will hopefully sure up the defence a little more and keep it as strong as it seemed last year.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/wWfNPteamufmPpsLYhlrEhpS4C56xEgts8g5pdW7.png

The friendlies this summer have been extremely successful as we go unbeaten throughout the six games we faced at home and away. Four away wins along with a home win and draw sees us remain unbeaten whilst keeping five straight clean sheets, conceding in just our first friendly this summer. Beating league opposition Wiener Lustenau whilst holding Wolfsberger to a draw was fantastic. We must head into this season on a high after such a good pre season.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/AL8Pd3ahl9fSsXEn31WNKBqPu2PtKCSwmS5B27BV.png

Finally the last screenshot to round up pre season is the financial screen again. As you can see the wages have changed a little as we now spend sixteen thousand which does still leave us nineteen thousand to spend should we need some instant impact signings or loan deals through the season. The balance has come down by just over one hundred thousand pounds but we are still heavily in the red.

With pre season down and the team ready for the new season we looked for a confident ahead of the opening month. However with just three games to kick start out season it wasn't going to be the most beneficial for us. With one OFB-Cup game and two league games we just wanted a good start in the highest playable division here in Austria and despite it not being easy, we'd give it our best shot.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/rLntstOSDqGC4RuBCmzmWr1ER455GzADCm982RXK.png

The new season began on the road in the OFB-Cup first round as we faced SVU Gleinstatten and recorded an easy win with last years double award scooping striker, Segovia netting a superb hatrick. Despite a goalless first half we finally took the lead on the sixty first minute as Segovia started his new season well before doubling his tally and ours three minutes later. He deserved his hatrick and come the last normal minute of time he secured that.

And the league season began on the road against SC Wiener Neustadt and after beating them in pre season we were quietly confident we could get our league campaign off to a good start. Despite another goalless first half we did manage to do this as Segovia netted the only goal of the game with twenty four minutes to go to secure us a winning start to the season.

We ended a short season at home as we welcomed Austria Wien. A team with a big stature and big ambitions and this showed early on. Withing five minutes Austria Wien were in the lead and we looked like we could be on the wrong end of a hiding. However six minutes later Holzmann netted his first goal of the season in what proved to be the final goal of the game as we played out an eleven minute draw.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/DIVZaZ5h6ukMJyRgQqa8knwk4eQYH0c1pBtl2ONL.png

An unbeaten start to the new season is fantastic for us. Four points from a possible six including taking a point of a team with a stature such as Austria Wien. Two teams make the perfect start winning both their games so we haven't started too badly in fairness.

Promising start to the season albeit you have only played two games. You can survive if you beat the “littler” teams in the team and avoid confidence-denting humiliations against the bigger ones.

Apologies for no updates over the last couple days but here it is. Going into August with a small squad who aren't one hundred percent capable at competing at this level was a little worrying but we would give it our all. Following a mediocre start winning one and drawing one we went into the month looking to extend the early unbeaten run and record as many points now as we could.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/US5YLwzuo59grELqv9tU5MI54MuLkLyQdxpRcgLJ.png

So we began with a defeat against Rapid Wien and their superiority showed as we slipped three behind before the break! But a small revival looked on as we pulled one back with Vorraber nodding home a corner and Holzmann bringing us back within a goal distance with twenty five minutes to go. However no comeback was complete as we slipped to a narrow three two defeat.

We then faced league champions and current league leaders Redbull Salzburg and claimed a more than creditable draw. An even first half saw both teams go into the break level. Second half we surprisingly took the lead with Jano nodding home. However a late equaliser from the league leaders saw them regain composure an earn a draw.

Back on the road traveling to SK Sturm Graz we played out a brilliant four goal thriller earning a draw. We fell behind early on however equalised moments before the break as Sadovic found the back of the net. Second half we took the lead seven minutes from time with Holzmann looking like he had claimed the win for us. However an injury time equaliser saw us blow our chances and settle for another draw.

A third draw on the bounce came as we welcomed FC Wacker Innsbruck. Very little to report on this game. Neither side did that much to warrant the three points which saw the game end as it started.

We ended the month with a fantastic win however as we traveled to third place SV Reid following a grand comeback. We fell behind within the opening two minutes however Segovia netted an equaliser on the twenty fifth minute to level by the break. Second half we were fantastic and Mitrovic put us infront before Segovia netted his second. With nine minutes left on the clock Mitrovic netted his second before we rounded up a five one win with Marques finding the net.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/nej08ZG4hrtph5E8yOaoV476byQI9SlQ9qnrH0V3.png

So not the best form however we are still sitting comfortably in mid table following the end of the month win for us. Sitting fourth, already five points behind league leaders and second place sides FC Redbull Salzburg and Rapid Wien! But already eight points clear from the one relegation spot in the league is very good for us at the moment. A few more wins instead of draws could see us slide up closer to the leaders.

Into September and going into the month sitting up in fourth in the league, only just behind the league leaders meant we had made a fantastic impact on the league and with the cup still on the go we could produce a solid run in that this year. September gave us four games, with just three coming in the Bundesliga and the other in the OFB-Cup as we were on the road for the second round tie.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/3E9w6jMGzk4YflThLNwQ7dPj1sMpjsku27tDfYMz.png

We began the month of three home games from four, at home welcoming Wolfsberger AC and narrowly edged out a win to continue our unbeaten run that we find ourselves on. A one goal game saw us claim all three points as Holzmann's free kick found the back of the net on the eighteenth minute.

A second at home on the bounce saw us welcome SC Wiener Neustadt where we thought back late on to claim a point. The away side took the lead early on in the first half as it proved to be running the show. Luckily we were gifted a penalty very late on and it was converted by Segovia six minutes from time.

The OFB-Cup second round saw us travel to non league side FC Gratkorn and with Redbull Salzburg crashing out the night before we had to prevent an upset. Luckily we did that in a very narrow win. Segovia once again was the man to find the back of the net. His goal two minutes before the interval sealed all three points for us.

We ended the month back at home and facing our first defeat in seven games as our unbeaten run finally came to an abrupt end against a fighting SV Mattersburg side. We fell behind in the first half before conceding twice in the second half which saw us slip to a three nil defeat come the end.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/YIVFnPKJPH356igN8gQE4kT5GQm3rPwVJlNVir35.png

We may have slipped one position in the league but are still over achieving grandly and sitting very comfortable up in fifth in the table. We may be predicted to fight against relegation and the media tipping us to finish eighth in the league but we are proving to be more than good enough so far. We are not critical enough up front as we have only found the net fourteen times however our defence is coping well!

Another month of football down and it was another quiet month for us this October. With just four games over this month we needed to be at our best if we wanted to continue our midtable position. With three league games this month followed by a single game in the OFB-Cup we looked for a spot in the quarter finals!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/k1aUMzccZfImX512L4dvgyIflHheV1TlXyRRqfsr.png

The month started with a tricky tie as we traveled to Austria Wien. However a strong performance from us saw us course an upset in a two nil win. A strong defensive performance saw us keep a clean sheet whilst Segovia put us infront just before the half hour mark and the win was confirmed when Mitrovic netted a minute later as we hit Austria Wien in a quickfire double.

We then faced our only home game of the month, welcoming league leaders Rapid Wien. They netted within the opening ten minutes as it looked like we were in for a backs to the wall game. However with the score at just one nil at the break we had belief. And second half it shone through as Vorraber pulled us level with eighteen minutes on the clock before he netted his and our second late on into injury time to earn another surprise win.

Our final league game of the month saw us travel to Redbull Salzburg in another tough game. We started poorly though and I think this cost us the game. Come the break we were two behind and shortly after the restart the home side added a third. However we tried to force a point when Vorraber netted his third in two games and Holzmann put us infront. However we slumped to a three two defeat.

We ended the month away from home as we traveled to Wolfsberger in the OFB-Cup third round searching for a spot in the quarter finals and finding it. A single goal game saw us return to winning ways as we netted with nineteen minutes from time, Holzmann the man to put us through.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/Nrh4nXwcdhdi9LT4NUe3otQ4qwC8vlnhnt3NUpsX.png

With three more league games down a tough month saw us pick up a more than respectable six points from a possible nine after narrowly missing out on a point against Redbull Salzburg. Beating SK Rapid it was brilliant and after their defeat to us they returned to form with a huge ten nil win! But we are still sitting mid table and only six points off the top spot so far nearing the halfway mark.

Solid enough month pal minus the defeat to RBS but that was to be expected I suppose.

Thanks again Shedender! The defeat to RBS as said is expected but we put us a brilliantly game against them! We aren't far from the top but a few solid performances could really see us compete and close the gap before the winter break, thats the aim now!

Our penultimate calender month of the year and our last full month before the winter break would be upon us once again. The month of November was a busy one for us as we faced no less than five games over the next four weeks and with all of them being played in the league we had to prove how ambitious we felt this year to try and rise up the table and make a big impact now!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/SPiH11JtIIQmsmVkZzKyl0f5HtOrPZRsA9yWfDNq.png

A decent month saw us begin at home with a clash against SK Sturm Graz. The away side took the lead in the first half and that put pressure on us as we were still behind at the break. Second half we proved a fightback with Segovia bringing us back level to secure a point.

As we traveled away we faced FC Wacker Innsbruck and with them sitting in the relegation zone struggling we had to record all three points. And once again we left it narrow but did grab the points. A single goal game was secured in the twenty second minute with Segovia netting for the second game in a row.

A second away game on the bounce saw us travel to Wolfsberger AC and recorded a fantastic three one victory with another brilliant performance from in form Spanish striker Segovia. He guided us into the lead after half an hour before the home side level at the break. Second half we pulled out a brilliant performance with Segovia netting another two to secure a hatrick and net his fifth goal in three games.

Returning home we welcomed SV Reid and secured only our second clean sheet of the month but continued to remain unbeaten as we once again put in a brilliant second half performance as the run proved to be this month. Segovia once again put us in the lead as the case proved to be this month before Jano netted late into injury time to secure a two nil victory.

We ended the month away from home against SV Mattersberg, a game we had to win. We took the lead through winger Mitrovic who is still adjusting to our football this year. Goals either side of the break from the home side saw them take the lead. However we secured a point as Segovia netted his seventh goal in five games this month to earn us another point.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/oBdvOB7I9jjEbu2YHdB6xguRHiX9tEL24M80H7rP.png

A fantastic unbeaten month for us saw us rise up the table perfectly this month. Up to third with three wins from five puts us into contention at the halfway stage of the season. Once again we look to secure a place in Europe as we majorly over achieve this season. We have the best defence in the league this season, unfortunately we just aren't as good going forward at the moment.

December was finally upon us and this was the shortest month of the year for us as we were heading into the winter break. But before the break set in we faced two big league games to determine where we would go into the break in. Already sitting third in the league we had a strong chance of going into the break second. However just keeping our fine form now was the main thing.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/LcYHws2Gz60OOjdjkBKH0kTtLXfiF0vFiNHIrhrO.png

December began with a narrow one nil win away from home against a resilient Wiener Neustadt side who gave us very little. A narrow game was decided by a single goal once again and again it proved to be Segovia's day as his fine scoring end of the calender year continued. His goal came after the break with just two minutes after the restart. A fine win though.

We ended the short month and calender year against the strong force of Austria Wien and despite being at home they had way too much quality for us to deal with! We started poorly and were behind after four minutes and two behind after twenty. Come the break we were three down and slipping fast. Second half we started brighter bringing a goal back with Marques cutting inside to find the net. But it was to no avail as Austria Wien netted a fourth and we slipped to defeat.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/COyByd8sLcv2DvXPp1GPvsz0Vjs5BCsA7hbao4sq.png

With just two games in December we had to give it our all as both the games were tough ones for us. And we did play well. Despite our unbeaten run coming to an end as we faced a strong Austria Wien side, we head into the winter break sitting very comfortable in third, joint on points with second place Redbull Salzburg. But with sixteen league games to play after the restart, a good winter break and couple of deals could see us course a stir as we sit just eight points behind league leaders Rapid Wien.

With competitive football halter for two months whilst the deep freeze sets in over in Austria we battled our way through a big handful of matches to keep the football kicking over and hopefully the good morale and good form at the top of the agenda for the second half of the season. Unfortunately we were unable to strengthen this winter having two players from the Dutch league reject loan moves we just focused on improving the team already at the disposal of myself.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/VmY5onMJBgGmy3XETzOMkOd4IDdyplQgpfG9P37u.png

So as you can see we started the winter break very sloppy but this sorted itself come the end of the break to leave us in good form heading back into competitive football. Over the two month break we faced nine friendlies and only managed four wins along with one draw and four defeats. In fairness we fell to defeats against Anderlecht and Gydr, both teams who were always fully expected to beat us. But ending with four wins from five games certainly brought back the morale and momentum to return to competitive action!

We are now back to competitive football and it was going to be a big month for us as February issued us four big games this month. We were in good form in the league before the winter break and ending the winter break on a high we took good morale into the league. Another unbeaten month would be ideal for us.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/rqu0NBQW0ylxOgBVS8g6HNrfjWpiDoRfueN0BRG3.png

The competitive football began halfway through February as we welcomed second place Redbull Salzburg and once again performed brilliantly to hold them to a draw. We took the lead through Mitrovic early on before they leveled come the break. Second half we took the lead for the second time with Holzmann finding the back of the net. However Redbull Salzburg didn't lie down easily as we slipped to a draw conceding a second.

A second big game on the bounce saw us travel to Rapid Wien, the league leaders. But we still put up a good game. A very even first half performance saw us go into the break level, but seven minutes after the restart the league leaders took the lead. And just as it looked like we were slipping to defeat, we secured ourselves a point as Sadovic netted late into injury time!

Away for the second game in a row we traveled to SK Sturm Graz and returned to winning ways. A twenty seventh minute goal from Holzmann put us infront in the first half and left us in control. We left it late to add a second which wrapped up the game as Vorraber netted in injury time for us.

We ended the month back at home as we welcomed relegation threatened Wacker Innsbruck and recorded a second win and clean sheet on the bounce. A confident showing saw Rabl put us infront in the first half before we added two in the second half. Our second goal came from Marques just six minutes after the interval before Peinsipp came off the bench to secure a three nil win.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/JYJXZAjcE9IanM7GDbVyQoE9HFmUNYeNE8s2AUTJ.png

Another unbeaten month with fantastic results for us. Four games saw us win two and draw two but both draws felt like wins! Earning draws against Redbull Salzburg and Rapid Wien means we didn't lose to much pace at the top on them however we continue to sit third, level on points with Redbull Salzburg. Rapid Wien are now thirteen points ahead however we have a game in hand and could cut it to ten points, its still unlikely that we will win the league however.

Following a strong return to competitive action last month we went into March feeling confident as we faced just three league games, all of them being against teams lower in the table than us. Another strong month was expected as we continued to push to the very end this season and with the OFB-Cup quarter finals coming up next month, we couldn't let slip this season.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/Hx8ebfWmKKCyPe0DsAYOc8XZiqJAOXD59VezeJrb.png

A perfect month began by welcoming Wolfsberger where we were on the verge of throwing the lead away. We took the lead after just Schibany was trusted up front and got us in to the lead after just two minutes. After quarter of an hour we found ourselves two up as Sadovic doubled our lead. Second half we conceded one and were on the back foot for the majority of it, but secured a two one win.

The game against SV Reid was the other way round where we came from behind late on to secure the win. We were behind after twenty three minutes as the home side took the lead early on. But second half we provided a brilliant comeback as Segovia came off the bench to net twice in the last three minutes. His first coming with three minutes on the clock before converting a penalty in injury time to secure a two one win!

The final game of another short month saw us entertain SV Mattersburg and as we welcomed the club in fifth we focused on another win. That came as we narrowly recorded a one nil win to end the month in style. Holzmann's goal after just sixteen minutes proved to be the difference.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/Os0PZfekxIGpLhGIklHo4beu1RCxQdNBAB8TOuqP.png

Another swing in the season has seen us close the gap at the top yet remain level on points with second place Redbull Salzburg. An awful run for Rapid Wien has seen them cut their lead from ten points to just four as the title race is well and truly on now. We have just nine league games left now this season and with our form hitting its peak who knows what is in store for the rest of the season!

April proved to be one of the busier months we've seen over the last few months and with five games this month, including three games against whats known as the big three, Redbull Salzburg, Austria Wien and Rapid Wien, we were certainly in for a big month.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/KEY2GVwNShwkkSZVWDvqep2xNnM5W8ngu39l2kRx.png

The month started with a comfortable win against Wiener Neustadt where we narrowly won two one. Sadovic managed to put us into the lead after just nine minutes before the away side leveled before the break. Once again we managed to leave it late to secure the win as Rabl managed to find the net with just six minutes left on the clock to wrap up all three points for us.

As we traveled to Austria Wien we managed to hold out for a vital point. A big game for us saw our defence play brilliantly to stop all the attacks and whilst our strikers failed to find the net, its still a good point for us.

We went into the OFC-Cup quarter finals full of confidence as we welcomed Wiener Neustadt for the second time this month. Again we started brightly with Holzmann putting us infront after just ten minutes before three minutes later we doubled our lead, this time Schibany netting. Wiener Neustadt netted one before the break but a strong second half secured our spot in the semi finals!

Returning to league action we welcomed league leaders Rapid Wien and they strengthened their title bid as they recorded a dominant four nil win over us. Three goals before the break certainly had us on the back foot before they added a fourth goal in the second half. We had no replies in a game where we played extremely badly.

The month ended on the road against second place Redbull Salzburg where we upset the odds and recorded a fantastic four two victory. Despite being two down in twenty minutes we pulled a fantastic comeback out the bag. Schibany put us in contention with a goal on halftime before a thrilling second half commenced. Marques brought us level with twenty minutes to play before two goals in the final ten minutes secured us the win. Jano put us infront before Schibany netted his second and our fourth to secure the win.

The title race is well and truly on now! Another slippery month for Rapid Wien has seen them completly blow the ten point lead they held at one point and are now just a point infront second place Redbull Salzburg and four points infront of us however we do have a game in hand. With five games to go for us, all in May, we face one final huge push now! The cup is still alive too.

Here it was! The final month of what is proving to be a fantastic season for us! Having already over achieved this season and confirming a top three finish with just a point needed the secure European football for next season we hunted down silverware as we faced a busy final month in league and cup football. Five league games along with the OFB-Cup Semi Final and final if we passed Austria Wien in the semis. It was all or nothing now.

A busy month started at home welcoming Sturm Graz as we played our game in hand and recorded a win to once again narrow the lead. Jano put us infront early on before Schibany doubled our lead after the break. We were given a nervy ending as Sturm Graz pulled one back in the final ten minutes but we held strong for the win.

The OFB-Cup semi final gave a thrilling clash against Austria Wien. Rabl put us infront after twenty four minutes before the away side managed to pull back level. With five minutes of the game left on the clock Austria Wien managed to pull infront and looked to have won the game. But we had another surprise. Sadovic struck three minutes into injury time to take the semi final to extra time. With no winner found in extra time it went all the way to penalties, where we triumphed four three and took our place in the final!

Our first away game of May saw us face relegation threatened and awaiting OFB-Cup finalist Wacker Innsbruck and despite a poor performance from us we still managed to secure a one nil victory. Summer signing Mitrovic the man to secure all three points for us in the twenty seventh minute.

However as we returned home to welcome SV Reid we got completely ruined as we faced a five one defeat. Having fallen behind after five minutes we leveled when centre back Popp headed home a corner. But another two goals from SV Reid saw us three one down at the break. Two goals after the break from the visitors dented our title ambitions!

Our final two league games of the season saw us travel away. Firstly we traveled to Wolfsberger where we returned to winning ways. Holzmann put us infront in the first half with a confident performance and tidy finish. Second half Jano doubled our lead to put the game beyond doubt.

And we ended the season with a confident two nil win to end the season on a high however it took a late final push for us to claim the points. We didn't take the lead until the eighty first minute when Sadovic broke free after coming off the bench to put us infront. The win was confirmed in injury time when an own goal flattered the scoreline a little at two nil.

What a brilliant season we have had. We are champions! Not only back to back champions after promotion last year but it puts us in the driving seat to complete Austria now. We were brilliant all year, maybe drew a few too many but only losing six all season and conceding just forty two we definitely deserved the title the way we played. We weren't brilliant going forward but we did enough! Champions!

So, the league title was confirmed, meaning we were only playing for the cup now. Here is the run down. The cup final, we faced relegated Wacker Innsbruck and secured the trophy. It may not of been a glorius final with neither side making the dominant move first, however we held out and with a counter attacking move from a corner we took the lead on the stroke of halftime with the only goal of the game coming from Schibany! Champions Of The double! Meaning we had secured the double and can shift out of Austria!

With Austria surprisingly completed following a brilliant and perfect cup and league season we now get to head into Belarus in the near future. However there is a slight set back as having tried to add Belarus it has been put on the 'waiting list' and won't be added until February 2016. Meaning we've got another half of the season to play so there is a chance I will continue playing in Austria, or I may resign and skip through to February just to get on with the game a little quicker. However...aurevoir Austria!

Bitch!

I thought you had messed your title hopes up, sadly you were winding me up.

Well done though, Belarus next and you will complete that quite quickly probably.

Austria was now completed but with Belarus taking almost nine months to kick into action I faced the difficult task of what to do over the next few months, did I stay with SKN St. Polten and play through half the season, however there was no silverware on offer so it would be just for my benefit and reputation. Or should I step down and just sim through the next few months?

Firstly, days after winning the double we received this message. Last years double winners and this years underachievers Redbull Salzburg approached me for manager with a very appealing offer. Over six thousand a week, tripling my current wage whilst offering me ten million for transfers and over one hundred and eighty thousand for wages, unfortunately Austria was complete, so this appealing deal...was rejected.

And then, on the first of June 2015 it was time to end my reign here in Austria. I decided I would just sim through the next few months to speed this monumentus challenge up that little bit more. There wasn't any chance of winning the trophies again as Belarus will be in action by the time I would have the chance to. So I handed in my resignation, upped sticks and left.

After my resignation a few days ago I received this managerial offer. A little later than resignation however I thought I would edit this post to add it in. Wacker Innsbruck who got relegated last year and are now favorites to win Erste Ligue this season but its not a job that temps me back into management. I will wait to go to Belarus!

Here's to the next few months on the dole!

Here it was, time to begin the second part of the quest, this time in Belarus and first things first was to find a job before the season started in just over a months time. With just one job available at the start time in Belarus, I thought I would make my name know immediately!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/r0dTA27IfszrkcTdU9appDgAqXVWRVxjZ0kL3Jc9.png

So Baranovichi, the team I took over in 2012 is the team I have declared my interest in again this year, I have also applied for the job and to great avail. The board were delighted to see my name in the hat for the job and made an instant impact letting me know they were flattered with my interest in the job, taking it a step at a time, I was on the verge of my first job in Belarus.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/1ByVQSJD6hARHeZTcqsdEmHphkbgPk3NjcYCEmGB.png

The contract offer followed shortly and the wage I've been offered was nowhere near what I was on back in Austria but needs must and all that. I was offered £675 a week which I adjusted to £650 and taking a deal on a year and half contract was all set for me. A small transfer budget with a lot to play in the wages we certainly could make an impact in the transfer window.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/7AzjUc13LLuEGRRYI8HJLAjfrgTp7y7PfXdUJA1m.png

And just like that, we were back in business and back in the job run. Belarus trophy hunt begins here and Baranovichi could certainly do with some work. Their financial situation isn't great however they do sport £100k in the black in the balance and have transfer funds and wages available for my disposal so we certainly can improve on the current situation here at the club.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/rmpeasTKff8PuB6ck0bWL7PWr1todrCWDBvCZSej.png

Here is the clubs information screen. As you can see we are financially 'okay' and have a lot of work to do here in the division being predicted down in thirteenth in the league from a possible sixteen so its important I evaluate the squad quickly and sign any players I can on frees before the season begins otherwise we could be in trouble.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/SGPQgyQCvOaPhDDUnebKwr1Xtwzd8DynnH9Jp5px.png

As you can see, the club currently have a couple of 'stand out' players in the squad but there is a lot of missing pieces in the squad at the moment and we do need to improve this before we head into the league season. The goalkeeper and defence needs to be strengthened along with the midfield, the strikeforce looks good enough but if a standout player does show up then I won't be stopped in going in for him.
