I'd imagine it'd be to maximise viewing figures for the home nation when you think the majority work 9-5 jobs, the later the kick off will suit France better.

Cristiano Ronaldo obv. forgets Iceland are the smallest (or one of) nations ever to compete in the Euros. They defended for their lives throughout as I'm sure most people expected too and then managed secure an excellent point against a much superior opponent. They can celebrate how they wanted at full time. Ronaldo can dry his fucking eyes and I hope Portugal crash out at the group stages but won't happen.

I actually think Northern Ireland can withstand the Ukrainians, best chance of them getting a point from these championships. Would be delighted if Wales get one over the English and send them potentially packing. Poland to beat Germany?
