As Sir Tavares has clearly stated. It is officially what is in the database by SI. Unless you can provide his wage slip then it won't change. The numbers are not real, I hope you do realise that. SI are doing it almost by guesswork. If you are unhappy then go and speak to the guys at SI and not take it out on the lads who put a shift in with the update.
