Brazilian league not right

Hi, whenever I load a new game the Brazilian league has all the clubs listed as 3 letters for example Flamengo is called 'FLA' and the club colours are all wrong it has them as blue when they are red and black. Any idea how to solve this problem please?

It's not related to this file at all, actually. It was introduced for licensing reasons in 16.3 and 16.3.1, and can be fixed by downloading these files and applying them BEFORE starting a new game
